Helpful Customer Service, Still Waiting on New Machine
Ordered a 160mW laser lipo machine and when it arrived the screen did not work. Due to the time difference, communication with a customer service representative was delayed although on their website it states that their Live Chat is available 24/5. When I did get into contact with a customer service representative, she informed me that she could send me a replacement laser module board or a replacement machine. I could not fix the machine on my own so she said that she would send me a new replacement machine. Yesterday (2/23), I received a tracking number for FedEx, however, per the FedEx website, no record of the tracking number could be found. The customer services representative informed me that it's because the mail company hasn't picked up the machine from the warehouse. It is now day 2, and the FedEx tracking number can still not be found. Due the inconvenience, I will only give 2 stars for now and will update my review once I receive my new machine.
We are very disappointed with the customer service we have been receiving. My Kim8 slimming machine has stopped working, and after several attempts to try and get help we started doing our own research on parts failure. it seems to be the screen is a common issue. we have had the machine less than a year and it failed already. It seems to be an easy fix but no one will respond to help with shipping out a new part (screen), At this point id tell everyone to stay away from purchasing items from here.

I ordered a machine. I was emailed it was out of stock. I asked for a refund. I was told it would be processed in 48 hours on 1/26/22 and it is now 2/4/22 with no refund!!!! I want my money back!

Moreover, we have long holiday since Jan.27th,2022. And we have just come back to office today. Apologize that. We have left feedback to our customer service and improve the service.
I have left a one star because the customer service was good.
I had purchased the product, however a day after I received an email about tax charges to the UK and that they didn't know how much it was and would i be willing to pay additional. I declined, as the final payment i made should have included everything. I didn't appreciate the follow up for more money. I declined and requested a refund.

The 3 n 1 hydra microdermabrasion machine arrived used with water in the bag. Also, the knobs are broken and to date your company has not responded with a return receipt date. Terrible customer service, they don’t communicate effectively and don’t care about their customers. What a nightmare!!

They say 3-5 business days for shipping, but it's been 12 days and it hasn't even shipped. Do not recommend.
*Update*
I received my item in perfect condition. I guess the 3-5 days is shipping speed and not handling time, tricky tricky. Lol. So far it seems to work as advertised, but time will tell on it's benefits. I reached out to them via email and they did give me a tracking number, they just didn't give it to me once it shipped like a normal retailer would.
