I've purchased 3 machines and everything was great until I contacted the company about malfunctioning handles. It seems they're just there for a sale and don't understand the function of the machines. I bought an S-Shape Mini specifically for the Electroporation probe. Upon first use it didn't work properly- cause red marks and stinging with the EMS function turned off. The rep tried to tell me the feeling was normal & I know it isn't. EL shouldn't feel like anything. They then wanted to charge me for a replacement handle, but after I expressed my frustration they sent one. SAME ISSUE! The machine must be miswired...I've seen a lot of complaints in a body contouring group expressing the same. Now, I tried to login to my account because of an issue with my RF handle on a diff machine...MY ACCOUNT IS DELETED! I didn't delete it so what happened?! I have no access to my prior orders and need a new RF body probe. I've sent emails, but I'm beyond frustrated. I buy these machines with the expectation they'll be properly functioning items. And it's not like I use them daily on a lot of ppl. Home use for myself! It's ridiculous.

For s shape mini, EMS and EL feeling is normal i tried on my face also, both EL or EMS will have needles feeling such as microcurrent for skin lift. you can adjust one or two-level at begining and with facial essence, thank you. I received a broken machines and was told I can't get a replacement and need to pay fees to return the broken machine. The person who replied spent a week trying to convince me that I'm not suppose to hear the cavitation sound while using the machine on myself. Anyone who have ever use a cavitation machine know that sounds is required for the machine to burst fast cell.

There is no manual on how to set up the machine parts. Live chat is not effective when you have questions.. all you can see is that you are being transferred to different agents and you got no response..

It took a little longer for what they quoted me on the time I would receive my shipment. I reached out a couple of times asking and by the second requested update it was shipped out. They told me it was being tested
Tried to cancel order after it was 3 weeks late and they sent BROKEN device anyways
After weeks of trying to reach someone to get a tracking number for my order and absolutely no response, I finally send them a notice to cancel. This is the first time I received any reply from the numerous messages and emails I sent and the reply was stating they were sending the device out despite my notice to cancel. They have no working phone number either by the way. They went ahead and sent the device anyways with some excuse that it was in the warehouse being inspected to guarantee it would work. Finally arrives several days later and does not work at all. (So much for them ensuring proper working order) I have filed a complaint with my bank, so I am hoping they are able to recoup my money. Absolutely awful customer service. They dont listen to anything that is said to them. Kept trying to direct me to purchase more machines through them. Never again!

Change the subject and after weeks of not listening they offer you "Gel" to go away. I'm filing a us postal inspection complaint to get them banned from selling their broken Chinese crap here. Mychway is not a good Company. They take your money and send DAMAGED ITEMS.
On April 7,2022 i received my machine and it was broken. Inoperable. it does not function. the apparatus is intact. The company had to have shipped it broken because the apparatus was boxed. They wont replace it nor will they refund the money. I have sent pictures videos and i did it immediately within minutes of opening the package. They are quick to respond to get you to buy. They are not customer friendly. Do not buy from them.
IT IS NOW APRIL 25 MYCHWAY HAS DONE NOTHING. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PURCHASE INTERNATIONAL USE ALIBABA AS THE PLATFORM THEY INSURE ALL PURCHASES AND WILL REFUND OR REPLACE NO MATTER WHO THE VENDOR IS THEY GUARANTEE IT. I LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LESSON.

Edit to my previous review. After some issues, the company did ship my item. It arrived and I have used it. So far so good. My hope is they are working in improving their customer service. I have adjusted my rating to reflect this.
This review is regarding customer service. I purchased almost two weeks ago a fat freezing machine. Without going into a long detailed review, I've been told multiple times it would be shipped/was shipped, etc. Still haven't received the item and have gotten misinformation. Now after reading their reviews on Facebook, I'm concerned about the machine even working when and if I receive it. Fingers crossed on all fronts. If things work out, I'll post an update and change my review.
