Can somebody please help put these people in jail? Why is GOOGLE advertising crooks? Everyone trust google and they recommend NewFrog as one of the top websites to buy my item. THEY STOLE MY MONEY! KICKED ME OFF THE WEBSITE! AND DON'T RESPOND! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! If I could sue them, I would. I hope karma catches up to them.
My mail to Newfrog ! I received the order today, But, I am not happy with the service as I spent extra money for shipment tracking that was never updated ! I had no idea where the package was . A waste of money and this does not look good for your company! I will not do business with a company that sells bad service. I am requesting a shipping Refund for this useless service ! I NEVER HEARD BACK WITH A RESOLUTION !

Relentless spam emails that manage to bypass spam filters. 'Opt out' option doesn't work. So tired of all these junk emails. Very poor company practice....

DO NOT BUY FROM NEWFROG. I ordered a cable to connect soundbar to TV on 6th October. Today is 15th November and no sign of it. All Newfrog is saying, is be patient. Yet they have no idea where my order is. Would they wait this long to get paid for an item??
Why does this company keep sending out spam? I assume they must be desperate. Just don't give them any of your details. I will certainly never buy anything from a company like this.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read their reviews before ordering anything. Awful, awful service... Well basically no service as they just took my money and have not sent the item or intend to. Still tying to get my money back through PayPal but probably won't. Don't use this company unless you like spending money on stuff that you never get. Just spend the money on scratch cards instead.
Pro Excellent prices Shipping faster than expected Cons No way to contact company. Their website contact box returns “Messages not receive. Don’t know why” Even if you pay for tracking number, you can’t tract. Sends you to blank page. Keep this in mind and balance against low prices.
I made a purchase from an eBay store - unitednewfrog recently. Since then, they obtained my email address from my PayPal payment and have relentlessly spammed me. I receive numerous emails per day. There's no unsubscribe option. I emailed them as there is an email address at the bottom of their email and politely asked that they remove me from their mailing list. Since then (and no reply) the spam has gotten worse. I went to eBay for help and was essentially told that they can't really do anything (even though one of their sellers is harassing me after I used their platform to make a purchase). I have sent a message through eBay to the seller, requesting they stop harassing me, but I am yet to get a reply.

i think Newfrog.com is a spam setup. No customer service and false email address. Never buy from them. Prices are to good to be true. The biggest crooks of the world.
I ordered a GPS 0n June 29th. It was supposed to be delivered in 7-20 days. I tracked the order and it is still being processed and has not been shipped.
I placed an order on 6/21/17. Was charged for it that same day. As of 7/28/17 I still have not received my order. There is no phone number and all attempts at "Contact Us", result in a response that states "We cannot process your request at this time. Sorry that's all we know". If I could give them minus stars I would do so. If anyone out there knows how to contact this irresponsible company by phone, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. Be wary of ordering anything from this company. Just tried the contact us again and this is what I got again. We can't process your request right now. Sorry, that's all we know.

I ordered one item on July 13.i never got an email confirmation of order .i was moved to my credit card though. Product still not here on the 20....i tried to "contact company" on their website and was told "they cannot process at this time." pathetic. I won't even dream of ordering from this company again and I will dispute the charges on my credit card.

Terrible customer service, and its been over a month since I placed my order and they still haven't shipped out my order. They lie and lie saying goods have been shipped yet they are unable to provide tracking details. If you're thinking of purchasing from this store, please use PAYPAL so at least you can lodge a claim to get your money back.
