Somehow this company has got hold of my email address and are spamming me every day. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them.

This company steals from you!
I ordered and paid and they did not send me an email. they took money from my account and it showed on their site that I had paid. They never sent to order and when I tried contacting customer service their website sends back an error that you can't send a message. They say they you can chat with cs but that feature is missing from their site. They have a phone number in china which when you call is always busy. So I bought from their site. they took my money, and never sent me anything and there is no way to contact them. They are crooks! Sadly I can't give it no stars.
Shopping Newfrog as pathetic as the products they sell!
Bought 2 2-din radio's at shopping newfrog none of them work at all it look like they send me dummies when I send an email nothing is possible really pathetic company! Don't buy anything at this place that's as fake as the products they sell! I know I'm not going to get my money back but this review is placed to warn other people shopping newfrog is a SCAM!!!

I have already put up a review and I am STILL waiting on my parcel to arrive. Zoe from Customer Service offered to refund me instead - does this mean you advertise goods only to mess customer's around and NOT have them in stock? I want my parcel that I ordered and honoured on my side of the transaction - now it's your turn. What else do I have to do????? Is this a scam??? The last time I heard from Zoe was 7 (SEVEN) days ago - shocking customer service!

This company does not even deserve one star going back to last january i placed an order with them only to never having recieved my order several mails and messages later still nothing very very poor customer service

I'm only giving one star because i had to. Ordered a product and it arrived it was clearly a cheap imitation. It didn't even work. They convinced me that paying half the cost of another would be cheaper then me posting it (£38 i then paid). Stupid of me i know, but just wanted working product. It never arrived. Constant emails/calls and they promised me a refund. It never arrived, even after them saying just wait a while longer as it might have been delayed. Avoid at all costs. I paid twice and still didn't get the item i ordered. And no refund. Scam!
Poor Customer Service
I purchased two Dash Cams from Newfrog and after waiting three weeks for delivery they finally arrived from China (most purchases from Newfrog come directly from China) and were in New condition. After discovering they were not exactly what I expected (not Newfrogs fault) I chose to return them and purchase a better more expensive model and told them such. I sent multiple (5+ emails & webpage return forms) without any correspondence. I finally donated the items and then over one month later I received an email to start the return process. Since the Dash Cams were already gone I had nothing to return. Following this experience I will not purchase anything in the future from Newfrog. Buyer beware….. Fitness tracker non working ;(
Arrived well packed and in a nice box but does not charge, turn on or otherwise. Site keeps crashing when logging in or trying to log support. Online LIVE chat offline so just a message option. not great so far.
Extreemly slow delivery
Although promised delivery in a maximum of 25days. Goods have still not arrived.

Ordered from Newfrog on 1/13/2017. As of 1/25/2017 order shows "paid unshipped". Sent email two times trying to get a response and nothing. They are not doing very good. Follow up - 1/27/2017 I got a response from them about the order and found out why was one item was not readily available to ship. They did ship the rest of the order on time.
Solar items were okay but hair trimmer not so good.
All solar items I ordered were very good and reasonable. I did order a hair trimmer that is a little painful to use. Thought I could use it on my dogs but not so much. The black flashlight works great to find the areas of pee pee that my yorkies try to conceal from me. I can recommend the solar products, they work very well.
Do not be tempted by low prices.
The majority of the dozen or so products that I have purchased here have been junk. They are poorly made and not worth buying even though they were cheap.Shipping takes at least a month and some orders have never arrived at all. When attempting to contact them to get a refund,I have never had any success until filing a complaint with Paypal threatening to stop payment.
Problem
