great for the little things
I find the company very useful for the small niknaks that make life more interesting. Have never bought anything particularly large or expensive from them. Have always found the company to be reliable with reasonably swift and efficient delivery . Overall I am quite happy with this company and shall continue to use them as and when apprpriate

Paid the price but no goods
I paid for 2 cameras on the 22nd November 2016 for Christmas presents for my twin granddaughters, the money went out of my account but not heard another word. Still waiting for the camera's (now 10th Jan 2017). I have sent emails to sales2 but not had any response. I have bought quite a few items from newfrog in the past and never had any problems until now, but this one is terrible. The girls know their present has not arrived, I feel terrible and have to order some from elsewhere. I for one will never buy from newfrog ever again and will tell everyone I know about this awful lack of service and ignorance newfrog has paid me!
Not responding to emails
I am not getting replies to my emails. My order placed 14 April and claimed to be shipped withing 48 hours has not yet been shipped. At least I did not receive email advising so. Edit: 22 April 2016 - Finally received email advising shipping. Remains to be seen what happens next and when.
No reply to emails! Finally a reply !
I really do not know why Newfrog is replying to reviews here? They never reply to their customers when a product has a problem! I bought 4 green lasers costing about ten dollars each and one does not work. I have repeatedly emailed their customer service email and left messages on their web site and chat message board with never even one reply. I will never order from them again! Many other web sites are much better at customer service! After reading other reviews I am surprised I even got the items even though one was defective! I did add one star! Update! New frog did finally get back to me after months and did refund me for the defective item however it took so long I had given up on them I have not ordered from them again either. It’s a great way to loose customers Newfrog!

Poor logistics but good service
"I had a problem with a smartphone I commanded on Newfrog. They refund me the price of the smartphone.And so, customer support with quick responce and adequate solutions. Very recommended!" The only bad thing is that they are some poor logistics, hope to improve soon.
