Ordered regularly from NewFrog. In September had 7 outstanding orders. I sent email to Newfrog. They told me to track it. Tracking was useless because their tracking stops a their exit port. Another email signed by a different rep, told me to have my P.O. track it. P.O. had the same result. Another email, different rep, requested the sam original actuons on my part. This went on for several more emails with different reps. Finally, from them, I received an email stating that because I had not insured the orders, they would only refund 50%. By this time I just wanted closure, so by email I agreed. I waited and no refund. I sent another email asking for refund status. The response from the rep was that my honor was questionable and no refund would be made. I liked the products but they have lost a frequent flyer customer.
