Bad service and after service - Newfrog online

I was contacted via email on a product purchased 18 Oct 2018 on Newfrog online sales . I have not received the products. Promises, promises no response. Very bad

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service. Rubbish company.. Been told replacement item being posted since 16th Nov and today being told it's out of stock for the next 5-7 days yet they are still selling it in the site. Also something dodgey going on as left reviews in the account section of newfrog on items purchased and can see them yet these reviews are not appearing in the item pages and reading the comments here I can see why they only put up posive reviews as no one would buy from them

on Newfrog there a lots of huge discounts for example link below is offering Fake discount: find the same thing on ebay with same or lower rates Product: 60% off actual price 21.7 usd and (discounted price:8.68usd) GF07 Magnetic Mini Vehicle GPS Tracker GSM GPRS Real Time Tracking Device same thing on ebay without discount price is 8.69usd what's this all about how to trust now on these discounts.

Just bought a tablet

Just bought a tablet. It is rubbish. The websites take ages to load .Some won't load at all .It is not compatible with I player or by sport. The battery drains in 10mins from full. Wouldn't buy anything from them again

this company is bad

this company is bad, just sent a faulty camera back for credit and they claim they have not received, so no pay my money back, cheats, warning all customers if faulty you don't get money back

I am really pleased with Newfrog

I am really pleased with Newfrog, have ordered four diamond paintings from them and have checked the kits and everything is there. I usually order from Aliexpress but I find that Newfrog delivers to the U.K. quite a bit quicker and free postage as well. Many thanks.

15 days later and still getting no support. They do not take returns and sell defects. 4 or 5 star rating are a joke

They sell crap and junk

They sell crap and junk. Things do not work. Ordered 2 wall heaters. Packed and shipped in a plastic bag. Boxes were smashed. Opened one, had a screw laying loose inside. Plugged it in and did not turn on. Asked to return and refund. They want a video of it not working. I guess they don't want their crap back either. They make returns difficult. Just return my order. Dammit. Do not buy from newegg. They are a China company.
