New Frog prices

Since I discovered the New Frog I have been waiting only 3 weeks for shipping for items that I order compared to other suppliers.. But as far as price is concerned, there is room for improvement. We pay taxes on any gadget that is more than $72 - so need prices not to exceed this amount. I hope that you can find a way to make this work for interesting deals.

SHIPPING SUCKS!! Customer NO-Service

SHIPPING SUCKS!!! It's slow as maple syrup in the winter, one purchase took a MONTH before they even shipped it out.Get a prize for good reviews? I'm taking my business to Tomtop and Banggood. They ship in a reasonable time.I placed an order Nov 3,2018...STILL WAITING FOR IT!!! No thanks Newfrog, I had high hopes for you. I can't depend on your services, at any price. UPDATE!!! it took FORTY-FIVE days for the package to arrive. It did,in a BAG. The device (a T7 micro computer) came equipped with a BOOTLEG version of Windows-10 that I can not register, AND they shipped it with a European power supply to the USA.NewFrog has blocked me on Facebook and promised some refund..but now I get zero communications from them. This could be you! Rating upgraded from 2 stars to 1 star...... Well it's Jan 29 2019...close to THREE MONTHS and NewFrog/DeadFrog (also known as Chinatera) has done nothing, ignored me as well as Paypal!!! They simply DO NOT CARE. Paypal told me they have filed a formal complaint against this company, and while they could not comment on them...it appears they a lot of complaints and could lose their ability to use Paypal!!! I got a full refund from Paypal. I would not do business with NewFrog if you held a gun to my head........

Haven't completed my first order yet, prices, free shipping, and first time discount seems exceptional.

It's alright I guess

It's alright I guess, however, shipping takes forever. I would not say that the duration of it is bad but the shipping processing takes too long. My recent order took 1 week to be shipped out.

Worst ever customer service

I ordered a Wi-Fi doorbell. It will not power up. I requested a returns bag, Newfrog wanted a video of it not working. I explained that the video would not show anything, and that because I use a smart TV. was no way of showing or sending a file. Again they requested me to load a file to YouTube. I explained that yet again that could not do this. They asked again for a video. I have now requested a refund via my credit card company. Do not buy from this company!

i have seen alot of discounted websites and was quite upset with there quality of product and time i had to wait for my order then i stumbled upon new frog my jaw dropped i have spent hours making a wish list this is such a great company and i plan to be reducing some of my websites and keep shopping just at newfrog
