I purchased over 25 items for an upcoming jewl business. The pieces I chose are beautiful and are exactly as they look on the website. The shipping was fast! I paid the extra 20, it’s worth it because it comes very quick. The items came packaged well and securely. The only one star off I left off is because some of the earrings came with the back piece bent and crooked. I had to fix a few of the earrings hoping the bar wouldn’t break off. Otherwise I will be working with Nihao for all future jewl needs!!!

This is my first time ordering from this site and to be honest I’m impressed. I placed my order on July 20th and received it on the 30th. The shipping was pretty fast considering what is currently going on with delays due to covid-19. I ordered anklets just to sample them first before making a bigger purchase and there super cute and girly. Love it!
I have placed 2 orders so far, minor defects of a torn hairpiece, tarnished bangle and stained hair clip. All of which were quickly rectified via the customer service representative. I ordered a large amount of swimwear and received it 10 days from date of purchase - I feel that is great! Overall, the quality of the swimsuits are very good. I have noticed most swimsuits run small. They Generally look like the photos. I received the package with 5 swimsuits missing, however, I sent an email and within less than 24 hours I received a credit for the missing items. I will Definitely be shopping from here again!
I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in customer service department for a couple of days now , no response. My order says processing, I actually placed 2 orders and some items are showing out of stock I have a question in regards to a refund or what is going to happen with that money value .. but no answer.
While I absolutely love the jewelry and styles and options. Customer service seems worthless. I received email that my ordered failed yet they accept my payment and the order has been sitting in processing for 6 days. I have sent countless messages and no one responds. Even tried the online chat and was told my caseworker is handling? Well NO ONE is responding to me!

They have cool stuffs but honestly everytime came my orders incomplete, talk to them and said the items are on stock and then they didnt come. Hope to better that.

Hello, i recently order for the first time. On the website they often put picture of the jewel they were inspired by, but not the actual one they create.
I receive my parcel like 3 weeks after i buy it (I'm from france). The parcel is in good conditions, each jewel is package in a plastic bag.
- First, they put the wrong color for 1 of the jewel, second, one of it was not in good condition and i can't repare it
- The rest look great and bright, but by the sound and the touch you can definitly say that this is not a very high quality (but for the price that's what i was expecting).
- The client service is actualy very good and understanding
For the rest, they look trendy and pretty. I don't know if i will buy again because it take a long time to come, and the quality is a little bit less good than what i want for my business.

The products are great and worth the price. But i dont know why, they never send the complete products as written in the invoice. I always got missing items not one or two pieces, but a lot! But luckily the customer service are very helpful and willing to refund all the money. Maybe you should fix your work in packing part and give the customer updated invoice so we can know which one is out of stock and which one available. And also make the system for credit balance automatically back to our credit balance without us asking you.
