Best wholesale company!

Items were delivered much quicker than originally anticipated. The prices can’t be beat and shipping costs are lower than their competitors. What I love most is that if you’re looking for a specific product that they don’t currently carry, you can send them a picture of what you’re looking for and they will source and procure it for you in a matter of days. And the best part is that they don’t have any MOQ’s!

The company wanted proof of my purchase…

The company wanted proof of my purchase when it was not rcvd. We all know once it is paid for they know it and so do I. They wanted a pic on my statement proving it was paid . I went thru the card company. To cancel and block them from further orders.

Great product at a great price (on sale). With the sale it was cheaper than Walmart and Amazon. Shipping was fast and the communication was great from start to finish.

Five stars e-commerce website. I bought 100 luxury women wallets at reasonable price. Nihao Jewelry is #1, fast shipping is amazing. Nihao is highly recommended. Website- User friendly easy to navigate, they have everything. Customer Service- Lady Jane was able to help me with my order, and provide FedEx tracking number. Note: King David will always pay here buy here.

I believe this is my second review for Nihao. My wife and I build thousands of Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes each year which are sent overseas to children. I order mostly small toys and school supplies from Nihao. I am always pleased with the items, their respective prices and the shipping and communication. Unless something changes on their end, I will continue to order from Nihao and talk with my rep, who also is very responsive and kind.

Haven't received my order and Nihao won't issue a refund

I placed a large order on August 11th and for two weeks now, their website has stated that my order has been shipped. However, FedEx has yet to receive the package from Nihao. And when I tried to call them, no one answered and their message stated that the voicemail was full. I tried live chat, which apparently doesn't work on their site and WhatsApp. Cannot get ahold of this company AT ALL. No items. No way to get ahold of them. And yet they had no problem taking my money. ** Update: A customer service rep FINALLY answered my message on WhatsApp after they saw this review. They are offering me a partial refund if I agree to take this review down. A partial refund for an order I STILL have not received. I have opened a dispute on their site. Which is a complete joke. They are refusing to refund my money, telling me that my order has been at a customs facility for three weeks now, No order. No money. And no help at all from "customer service." Last Update: They are claiming my package was deliverered, which it was not. They are asking that my bank dispute be reversed and are offing a 50% refund on the SHIPPING. I spent over $200 and they want me to cancel my bank disupute to get $30 back on shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a large quantity of wigs…

I ordered a large quantity of wigs expecting them to match the quality and appearance shown in the product pictures. Unfortunately, the products I received were nothing like what was advertised. The wigs were made of cheap plastic, looked nothing like the images, and were of extremely poor quality. To make matters worse, I am now limited in how many pictures I can upload to support my claim, even though I still have the full box available. I contacted the seller and requested a full refund due to the misrepresentation, but the entire experience has been frustrating. I spent a good amount of money on this order and feel completely scammed. If you value your money, do not purchase from this seller. Poor communication, low-quality products, and false advertising. I would give zero stars if I could.
