This is my first ordering from nihao and I love their product, quality is topnotch and as seen on picture. But I have a little problem with the size of the bags, they are way too small, if they could be made bigger I would love it but aside that great product. Will be ordering again. And great customer service..had some items missing and I was refunded with a credit to be used on my next order..thank you Nihao.

My review is mainly to thank Miranda..she has been more than helpful. .thank you so much dear...and also I would recommend nihao..there products are really nice and also cleap. .but I would like to advice any one buying to sell not to go for the alloy jewellery..cos they tend to tarnish just after I wear but the titanium and steel and also Crystal&CZ lasts for longs...and also when buying the bags check well for the size of the bags Bcos the pics would apper bigger than what you would get..another area I didn't like was the wigs..they looked really different from the pictures..but every other thing apart from these were excellent..I love my shades and lashes..thank you nihao. .I totally recommend..nd pls help is to something about the shipping cost to Nigeria..thank you..Miranda dear you are amazing 👍

Ok i have to say that although Nihao is awesome its not for everyone( but i freakin love their products especially hand bags), I say their site is not for everyone specifically for those of us who are spoiled by sites like Amazon Prime where u get items in rapid speed. Nihao requires PATIENCE especially if u are in the states because of the obvious difference in time zones sometimes it takes a bit of time to get responses from customer service (i encourage emails just because they seem to have trouble with live response messenger) but despite this they always get back to you as quickly as they can(Love how customer service reps always refer to you as dear lol i think its cute and personable ). Anyhow,The inventory check takes abt 5 days so yes lots of patience.Quality of product is great and pricing is very reasonable.One thing to be aware of is they do not always have an updated inventory so they give u the option of store credit if items are not in stock after an order is placed or the option to wait for your response so if you have a product that you are 100% in need of you may want to contact customer service before placing your order. Shipping rates are a bit high if you're international but it does make sense for that very reason. I really enjoy their product selection and quality is on point cant wait to keep placing orders. Btw this review is from a real person who does tons of online shopping and takes reviews in to consideration before shopping on a site so hope this helps anyone considering Nihao. If you do not have patience do not buy from this site but if u like cool products and have time to wait i recommend it!
poor customer service and i cant pay for my order
i have placed on order since 9/3/2019 to nigeria but i have not been able to pay till now.i wanted to use my credit card but it will redirect me to paypal and the site keeps saying not working at the moment,i try sending you a message via whatsapp and email but no reply.i even called but nobody picked.the customer service is just too poor.Do i forget about ordering from you because i am getting tired.

Good products but absolutely appalling logistics. Even if you pay premium for shipment, it is unclear when you will receive. Although you pay for one service from one courrier company, they change who they use to ship. They tell you the goods have left the warehouse but in fact the tracking system tells you that the shipment has not even yet been picked up....

WORST experience yet.
I have had the worst experience with nihao so far. I would rather deal with the messiness of Aliexpress than pay a premium for shipping only to wait almost 4 weeks for an order that’s supposed to take 9-12 business days. I found it pretty deceitful that they claim to ship via dhl only to provide cheaper shipping options without disclosing that it won’t be shipped by DHL. worst of all I have waited this long only to have to journey all the way to their partner agent office to pick up an order that should be delivered to the address I provided. ——————— Update I would totally knock off an additional star if I could because the seller’s response is ridiculous. You’re asking me if it makes sense to demand that you deliver within your own clearly stated timelines. I clearly stated that I waited almost one month for an order that should have taken a MAXIMUM of two weeks. I’m not asking for DHL level shipping, I’m asking you to stick to the shipping timeline that you provided. Imagine paying 15$ for air shipping that you can’t even track. AND that you have to pay extra to have delivered to your doorstep. The least they can do is explain how that shipping option differs from DHL. PS, some necklaces tarnished after one wear but I loved the sunglasses and earrings I got.

hello Damilola good day, first thanks for your orders from us,we are sorry if there is anything unsatisfactory. the shipping method you have choose for your order is Airline Lagos, this way to deliver the package the shipping fee is much more lower than DHL, but the deliver time will be a little bit longer, we write clearly on the website, when you make the decision, I'm make sure you could see the deliver time is 8-12 business days, we send the package as the order reqired, you choose the cheaper way then you ask us to deliver it with the expensive method? does it make sense? if you tell us you wanna change the shipping method and pay for the price difference we'd like to change it for you, that's no problem.and the prepare time usually is 3-4 work days so the total will be around 16 days, that's the normal circumstance for this method. all we could make sure is ship out the package as soon as we can, as for delivery time, is up to the specific situation of the express company, sometimes it will spend some time on the customs clearance. we have contact the express company already, and sorry for bring you such a issus, anyways hope you have a optimistic mentality and a happy life.
