APPALLING EXPERIENCE – I WILL NEVER BUY FROM NIHAO AGAIN If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased 8 hats from Nihao and when there were problems with the items, I expected the situation to be dealt with professionally. Instead, I have been left chasing, explaining and repeating myself over and over again just to try to get back the money I am actually owed. Nihao keep referring to a “refund” they have supposedly issued, but the amount does not cover the cost of the 8 hats I purchased. Calling something a refund does not make it a full refund. Even worse, I have been expected to pay the return postage for faulty items, despite this appearing to contradict Nihao’s own terms and conditions. Why should a customer be financially penalised for receiving faulty goods? And then there is the suggestion of store credit. Absolutely not. I have no desire whatsoever to spend another penny with Nihao after this experience. Offering me credit for a company I no longer trust is not a solution — it simply shifts the problem onto the customer. The customer service has been exhausting, repetitive and completely unacceptable. I should not have to keep telling the same company the same thing repeatedly in order to get a straightforward matter resolved. This experience has completely put me off Nihao. It is very easy for a company to take your money and make a sale. The real test of a company is what happens when something goes wrong — and Nihao has failed that test miserably in my experience.

Flag charms brilliant
I loved the idea flag charms to create a keyring of all the countries I have visited. I am lucky that is 32 countries so far. They all seemed so expensive with Exchange Life and Wander Club wanting around £250-£300 for the flags I wanted. So found this company when casually googling. Wow, fraction of the price, in fact less than 10th of the price! Delivery arrived fairly quickly, well packaged. The charms are a good size, sturdy, perfect. I could afford to buy charms for places I plan to go too so they're ready to add. What a find and now have confidence to maybe order other items from them. Wish I could add a photo to show you my keyring.

Was sent half the items ordered, messaged asking where the rest of the order was. Was told it was out of stock but they wouldn't send the missing 5 items and after a month of messaging was given $4 refund (a quarter of the replacement price) terrible to deal with. Absolute scam.

My order finally arrived and I really like the jewelry; the designs look just as they did in the photos and the quality feels good, though I will have to see how it wears over time. The purchasing process had a few bumps, starting with my first order being lost and marked as stolen. Customer service was slow to respond, but they did take responsibility and issued a refund, though I would have preferred it going back to my card rather than as store credit. When reordering, some items were out of stock and had to be changed. Additionally, the system would not let me apply my full account credit, requiring me to pay an 18-cent balance with my card. Despite these logistical and payment inconveniences, they ultimately resolved the issues, and I am very happy with the products I received.
