Shipping from novelship end was on point. However shoe had slight defect on the leather ( Jordan Horizon Jed) but it was not that noticeable.
This is my 4th purchase with them and so far everything has been on point

What went wrong? You charge 4% for withdrawal and take up to 10 days to process payment... Other competitors only charges 2.9% and withdrawal only takes 1 day.

Additionally, Payout transfers are initiated every Wednesday during the second week after the application period's deadline. If your item passes authentication on a Thursday (e.g., September 14, 2023), and you request for a Payout on the same day, your payout will be transferred by Wednesday (e.g., September 20, 2023). This is not 10 days period, since we processed it every Wednesday on the second week after you requested it.
Our fee structure is designed to cover various operational costs, including payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support, to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all users.
We continuously review and adjust our fees to strike a balance between providing value to our users and sustaining our services. We appreciate your feedback related our processes.

Got a little shocked regarding the duty import which I expected the seller would settle by themself. Next time, do inform the buyer when they make the payment that will be charged on the shipping docs/ duty import etc. Overall is ok, my shoes were delivered in good condition. Thanks

This is not my 1st time buying from novelship. First purchase was a good one. Shoes came like new but 2nd purchase was very bad. There was a few crease on the shoes and threat fraying too! Emailed them but did not receive any reply till today! It was supposed to be for my husband birthday. Waited for nearly 3 weeks and came as junk! Will never buy again or support !

Really good site! I love how well organized and built the app is and how easy to use it is. And it has cheaper shipping and transaction fees compared to other platforms. Shipping was pretty quick, box was barely damaged and the shoes were authentic. But it does have less sellers compared to some other platforms making offers take a little longer and less likeable compared to other ones. But if you are just looking to buy a shoe, then Novelship is a really good choice.

Instant Delivery product purchases will be shipped out from Novelship warehouse in 1 to 2 working days and we can confirm that your purchase has been with the courier since 21 August 2023.
Kindly note that overseas deliveries can take up to 5 working days to complete depending on the courier’s timeline and location of the buyer. The shipping and warehouse regulation, government restrictions, and force Majeure events (floods, etc) are out of our control.
