paid for instant delivery but it took more than 2 days to arrive to me (ordered on Tuesday afternoon and I received it on Saturday evening). It is my first time ordering on Novelship, the delay might be due by the authentication idk. Nevertheless, the dunks I ordered arrived safely to me and it was authenticated by novelship.

this is my first time buying from novelship, Idk what to say mine didn't get the verification tag but only got some note with QR code that they said they had verified my shoes whether it's authentic. the other issue is Idk why I got a factory defect one with double stitch and messy glues is it because I pay with atome? well, I had no idea. it really did give a bad first impression for me buying with novelship

The update and shipment was quite long. The item or the sole of the sneakers was not check thoroughly, the left pair has a bum due to temperature maybe, it expanded.

I simply wouldn’t trust the sellers on this app have had 2 items fail quality check Have also been contacted by Novelship regarding re sourcing the item and have replied within the 48hour time frame and my email requesting a refund has been ignored and they resource the item. I have been waiting 6 weeks so far for this item. Customer service is poor [*Edit] This issue has since been resolved by the Novelship team after leaving this review.

Buying is great, quite trustworthy. Though selling is a bit different. My item failed QC with a mark that was not there before I posted them out. Without any warning, i was charged $37 for postage. Customer service was not great.

Everything is okay with Novership except for the fact that they unable to provide the Import Duty Service pre-calculated for the good shipped to Malaysia. This cost eventually increases the cost of the item rm50 more. Meanwhile other platform(stockX) are able to provide is since years ago. For this 1 specific reason, I gave them 3 stars only. Will add-in +1 star if they improved it. Please consider!. Thanks
