Hadn't used Novelship before from NZ and only went on 2nd hand recommendation as no way to know how legit this service was. And hey, its legit! Two pairs of Jordan's ordered through the site, both arrived within two weeks (in line with shipping expectations) and pricing (in NZD), comms, authenticity check etc, all really well done. Only thing is to be aware of is shipping costs, its another $30 to $40 on top of the shoe cost EACH, but understandable and still works out cheaper than buying in NZ. And in truth, you can't buy these in NZ anyway! Recommend :)

Extremely bad courier services due to their courier partners being NinjaVan. Unreliable pick up arrangements, multiple failed pickups with little to none rectification. Customer service is inflexible and often provide little to none support.
Number of users are not high as well. Cash out slow.

Novelship has good discount promotion once in a while but the discounts are usually applied to defray part of the shipping fee. They do have competitive prices as compared to its rival reselling platform in Asia. If you are in Asia, you can consider using their service instead of StockX and GOAT. They have fast after sales customer service but you need to check the shoes thoroughly when you received them.

My first time purchasing from them is excellent service and the item well received.
However, when I purchase second time from Novelship things went wrong. I purchase Nike Dunk Low US6.5 Woman behalf for my friend. Waited nearly 3 weeks plus only received the shoe because two sellers back out from delivering the shoe to Novelship for authentication.
There is no feedback or updates on the shoe till I check it out at my Novelship account and the shoe which I purchase just gone and not in my account. So I need to email them to check on my shoe status.
Finally they found the third seller for me and the delivery is very fast. Overall Novelship need to improve on the tracking of customers orders.

Its understandable that u need to charge for the shoes but the payout period is very long and it will charge me rm4, if need early payment u need to pay another 1% of my payout dor early payment, i dont really like this hope you can improve on this

Shipping duration could be better.
I received my PMO 2.0 G-dragon Airforce sneaker with visible yellow stain and minor threads defects. Paid the full price without offering lower amount, $732 I felt that to the least, seller should double check with the condition of the item. The wrapper of the shoes in the box are crumpled too. Despite a little disappointed, the shoes size are accurate.

Do note that shipping of products anywhere even domestically from retailer to consumer is prone to damage. For the minor thread defects, please note that it is common for mass-produced products. every reply i need to wait for a whole day for them to get back. policy has many loopholes. at first they say the shoe im buying failed quality check, i requested a refund but they insist they must find a replacement instead of giving me a refund which takes another 3 more days to source a replacement. the while transaction takes almost a month to finish.
