The courier that is supposed to pickup (gdex) was never on time, oftenly if the apps says friday 10.30am to 4.30pm they didnt even come on the set date and never even inform while im waiting. The legit check took too long, the selling fee is flat rate supposely the higher price (sneaker) should be lower fee, then there is shipping fee which is so much higher than normal shipping fee, then processing fee, and the most ridiculous is after all that fee, there is a payout fee and the wait for payout is so long. Faster = efficient. most novelship user is not business owner like hypevault so we need the fund rolling faster to make money.

Honestly, i had high hopes and expecting a smooth process. But due to certain circumstances happened that got me in confused , it took almost 3 week from waiting Seller To Ship to Authenticating process. Being that said , the delivery process just took 2 days from Japan to Malaysia. About the shoes , i already had my shoes authentication with another authenticator and great news everything is good and legit. A bit wondering why Novelship put a tag on it but it doesnt work when i tried to scan it (thats what makes me to go check with another authenticator). Overall , i satisfied with the way packaging was done. Shoes box were completely wrap with bubble wrap and some paper ( for making sure the shoebox doesn't move to much inside the packaging box) even tho a box a little bit dented which is i believe that happened in delivering process. Great shoes , great price , good services. Still willing to buy from Novelship next time.

As a Taiwan seller Novelship is not bad, but can be improve. 1. Better shipping option: Should takeover the control of shipping and provide a more friendly shipping option which can lower the seller’s shipping fee and save more time. 2. Fast funds withdraw and with no fee, since there’s a local branch in Taiwan. 3. New highest bid search in APP, and a more clear market research with last sale, offers and bidding.

Delivery was fast. End to end process was swift. Shoes however has some yellow stains on them. Almost looks like it was been sitting in the warehouse for a while and wasn't inspected for cleanliness before shipping out. Otherwise everything else was good. Thanks
