Took ages to pay out You guys review shoes all day but can’t read the sizing on my shoe?

The shoe was in good condition and packed ok but unfortunately it took a long time before I received the shoe (10 days) and this is with me using the instant delivery option they provided (excuse was they are short in manpower) You cannot rely on customer service as they are not consistent, sometimes they respond within the hour and sometimes it takes a fews days.

Process is fast. But the shoe have some flaws. Dirty marks (glue and residue) and bad stitching

All items are within the production standards for the shoe and are cleared for delivery. We unfortunately do not have control over the manufacturer's production standards and must work with products that they have cleared for release. Not much of an update from purchasing to shoes arriving at my door. Tracking number given to me was a UPS one, and when I went to track it, it said it was delivered to a USA city but I live in Sydney, AUS. Not even the proper tracking number nor the right company. Speaking to a friend who purchased through Novelship, also said that their delivery experience was poor. Online chat bot is useless. I also see that Novelship replies to all the 5 star reviews but rarely to anything less. ***update: I cannot write a response back to Novelship’s reply. There is no option to do so.

it was really good service with how fast the shoes came but my shoes were a bit dirty and i had to clean them when they arrived but was easy enough to get off
