Novelship App previously show my status of my pending purchase
22 Oct 2022: purchased Air Jordan 1 lost & Found
9 Nov 2022: I’m still able to see my status of my purchased item : seller posted out
10 Nov 2022: log in to my Novelship app account , suddenly went disappeared and I’m unable to find my order and view the status

Paid extra for instant delivery but item was received 6 days after.
Item however was in mint condition. No complaints regarding product.

Tax payment issue,this is my 3rd purchase of sneakers to Novelship and Novelship is using the same courier DHL.on my 1st and 2nd purchase of sneakers it is smooth and fast including the delivery of my parcel.but the issue now is my 3rd purchase of sneakers to Novelship the said courier DHL is forcing me to pay the tax with regards to my parcel.it is php 4256 equivalent to 76-80 USD.i payed a lot from the shipping fee to Novelship USD 44.50 and the question is why the courier DHL in my country is forcing me to pay that much of money?hope you will fix this issue Novelship because my parcel is on hold.i purchased this since September 29,2022 and now is October 11,2022 supposed to be delivered today on my doorstep as per the courier DHL estimated time delivery.hopefully this matter will be resolved today because I’ve waited for my purchase sneakers for a long time.be the best Novelship and more business with us in the future.

Novelship sent me a flawed pair of sneakers even though they promised that all sneakers that they sell would be brand new in condition. I have tried contacting the customer service multiple times and waited patiently for 3 days already but with no reply whatsoever. I’m unhappy with my first experience with Novelship.
However there are positives:
1. Novelship uses extremely fast shipping like UPS.
2. Novelship’s app is very easy to use.

I purchased recently Jordan 1 low SE Craft Mens Size 11 inside out, wow what an underrated shoe such a clean shoe white sail neutral grey phantom with orange love it

Support team members is always awesome, I have not had one that gives just the stock standard reply yet, as i keep all my responses and i compare each one, and mostly satisfied with the communications.
I questioned the Jordan logo at the back of shoes as the A and O were dodge for me however i understand manufacturing can also not get this perfect if mass production, called defect,
I have brought from nike store footlocker and JD sports, and i have sent shoes back due to defects.
Bit hard with Novelship however understand the process.
The A and O did look off but the rest of the logo looked fine. Assured it was 100% in the allowable range.
Fake shoes detected by Novelship
The reason i continue to buy from Novelship as i have purchased many pairs and through their authentication process they have come across fakes and let me know, give me the option to get my money back or source another pair, of course i want another pair.
Smell
I too have across a pair of shoes that smelled off, I find this when the shoes are shipped from Indonesia (shipping box says where it comes from) and i have feedback this as well. Everything else was fine.
