Whilst I was disappointed that the first supplier's shoes were not authentic, and therefore there would not be time to safely deliver to me, on time, for my Christmas present, once we had established an authentic supplier the process went a lot smoother. 6 weeks from my original purchase date I finally received my shoes and they are awesome. I really love the colour way and they are comfortable.

To whom it may concern,
I have recently purchased a pair of shoes from your company and I am very unsatisfied with how your team handle your sale goods. This is my first time buying with you guys. First of all, I know that you guys are very strict with your sellers for example, the condition of shoe box, shoes and even the right size of double box. I have seen many complains from sellers on how strict your company is when it comes to selling in your platform. Some sellers even got rejected and charged for penalty. It is really good that your team has this principle. Unfortunately, when I received my parcel, your team didn’t even bubble wrap it fully and also the size of the double box was too big for it, hence what causes my shoe box to damaged. The pair that I
bought was not cheap and I also paid extra for insurance coverage.
Secondly, I notice that there were one item missing when purchasing the shoes. There were supposed to be a shoe bag but I didn’t receive it. I have already check with multiple sellers and even went to google/YouTube for more evidence about the items included when purchasing this pair of shoe. I feel very disappointed and cheated on how your team deal with this situation. I would really appreciate if you could compensate me on the damages of my shoe box and also for the missing shoe bag that was suppose to come together with the shoes. I would also like to speak the higher authority as this is very absurd that a trustworthy company like Novelship would make this mistake.
Attached below are the images of the condition of box, size of double box and also bag that was supposed to be included when purchasing the shoes. I hope to hear from your team soon.

I’ve been using this app for a while now to sell and also purchase my sneakers/streetwear. Usually it is quite reliable and not much issue that I encounter. Only once the shipping label cannot be generated because the link have error and I need to contact the shipping company direct to get the shipping label because I emailed the support but matter was not resolve. Overall I’m happy with this app and would recommend to others.

So i ordered jordan for my bf, and the cm is correct, same with any other shoes he have. But i received a small one. I think they should of indicate if a shoe is of womens or mens size.
