A little bit of cloth on the shoe was exposed near the flaps but I didn't buy the shoe for collecting purposes so it didn't bother me so much. It was just a tiny imperfection in an otherwise great buy.

The app is easy to use. Love the offer option for buyers. Have had an issue with seller flaking for some jordan 1s , novelship contacted me regarding the issue, and found a replacement. When the replacement came, the found that the shoe was either fake or QC did not pass. Contacted me again and stated they will find me another pair which they did. Hopefully this passes authentication soon. Loving what im seeing from customer service so far.

Ordered a pair of panda low dunks for my friend. Novelship was professional to legit check the shoes sent by the seller and inform me accordingly that it was a wrong size. They approach another seller and arranged the delivery accordingly.

I didn’t received my order on time. Novelship has a delivery fee, and since i want to get my order earlier so i pay extra with their instant delivery 1-2days, unfortunately it didnt come on time until i message to Novelship and thats the time that they did action!

Got the Lebron 20 Fast shipping with instant delivery took 5 business days to arrive in New Zealand but box is bad broken on some parts but overall great experience buying with Novelship.

Generally ok. Need harsher rules punishing flakers. Flaker should pay difference in cost to make deal right. That $20 penalty fee is nothing. Completely laughable. That trying to source shoes from another seller effort is also kind of disingenuous when the price of shoes has gone up since the sale. You should just refund instantly. Shoes look very questionable. Takes extremely long to ship. When tried to contact customer service, they give standard template responses which offer little to no help. Consider other companies for your sneaker needs!!

I have bought with Novelship for few purchase and all of them are good experiences. However, there are some hiccups with my recent orders. Cons: Shoes took about 3 weeks to arrive. Delivery time was longer than usual Lack of updates on the timeline Pros: The shoes arrive in good packaging, there was some tear on the box, but overall is fine. Shoes 100% authentic, which was the best part! After reaching out to the team about the delay of my order, their responses were prompt and detailed. Team was able to respond to my questions and help to expedite the process Area of Improvement: - Timely updates on the status - The shoe authentication process took about a week but can be shortened I believe. As previously all my shoes took about 1-2 days. Overall, it's an easy platform to use and get your sneakers here with peace of mind on the authentication. For normal Buy Now purchase: Just bear in mind it will take a little longer for the shoes to arrive. Instant delivery: The process is seamless. Took 4 working days to receive the shoes. But have to pay extra. If delivery time can improve, the customer experience will be better. Thank you.

Seller shipment was very long, but Novelship support response was prompt. Given that they depend on seller to provide the goods, the seller-authenticator shipment leg should be improved.

The response from the help line is very helpful and responsive. As I am the first time using this platform getting a gift, the wait from the seller sending the shoes to the authentication centre seems very long and gets me worried. If the chatbot is manage by a person, instead of it searching from keywords and present the article, I think Novelship will be a good website or app to use!
