The under retail filter function doesn’t work on the iOS app
Shopping was good easy and hassle free but under retail shoes filter in the app don’t work, you need to go to your profile and news and go to under retail topic and you can see all the nice under retail shoes. Fix the app and Novelship sales will sky rocket - your most welcome.

This is my first purchase. A smooth and fast transaction since I bid till I received my shoes. However, the workmanship of both side of my shoes extern lining varies.. 1 is protruding out while the other side is hidden.

Super Slow Process from their company.
Buying a shirt or Selling a shoe-whole process may take more than month.
Buying: bought a shirt thru novelship app in June, now already 15/July, still not received yet.
Authentication process began 1 week ago and not completed yet.
Selling: Everything is slow after they received your item.

First time using the service and sold 2 items in the past fortnight. First one I’m still awaiting on payment despite opting (and paying extra) for the early payout. Really should have PayPal option for instant payout once authenticated. Second item has been in “Arrived for authentication” status for a week now. Whole process once the shoes have been shipped has been slow compared to other services.

verification process is not consistent sometime very fast and sometime very slow.
shipping box is very thin.
buyer point for indonesia is useless.
we cant see tracking number on dashboard if shipping using janio and etc.
we only can see if shipping using DHL.

I purchase a Nike Dunk Low. It’s my third time purchased from Novelship. This time is the worse I had ever experienced. I received a dented at the side of the shoe, scruff and there is sign of wear at the bottom of the shoe.
I guess they do not have quality control anymore. It doesn’t mean that other physical appearance of the shoe doesn’t matter to you after you checked the authenticity of the shoe is genuine. The reason I purchase the shoe in an expensive price of course I want to received it in genuine and brand new one! Not a dented shoe at the side!
I’m still waiting for Novelship to reply my email. As they required some time for investigation.

Some products have incomplete accessories and no backing paper. Some products have too serious defects and have not done a good job in the quality control of the products. In addition, the waiting time is too long. I think there is still a lot of room for improvement.
