Your first contact regarding the condition of the underwear was several months after your purchase, once signs of wear had already appeared. Based on the photos provided, we could not conclude that the damage was due to a manufacturing defect present from the beginning. However, the lifespan of any textile product depends on many factors, including frequency of use, washing conditions, and general use. Although we were not obliged to do so, we still offered you a goodwill discount on a future purchase as a gesture of customer care.
