It was an easy experience, the photos online were very helpful and great. I live in Canada on the westcoast. I ordered online the night before and the flowers were delivered early the next day. I was sent a photo of the bouquet before it was delivered and the recipient was very happy with the bouquet and the add ons.

I ordered the warm pastel "florist's choice" bouquet because I simply could not make up my mind which to choose. They were for my elderly mom on my recently deceased father's birthday. The flowers arrived on time, and were stunning beautiful. I have sent many FTD arrangements over the decades I've lived away and they are rarely satisfying. These are 5 days old, now and talking to Mom this morning, it seems they are still beautiful and fresh looking, some buds just opening. It's so hard not to be with her every day right now. She has dementia, too- moderate- so it's been rough. These flowers make her happy and she tells me about each species in the vase- so I know they are giving her mind something lovely to contemplate. Thank you, truly from my heart.

You used a back stairway and dropped the flowers off at the package center, instead of ringing the doorbell and giving the flowers to the homeowner. The box of flowers stayed there all weekend. Same thing happened last year. Never using your service again.

Hi Patricia, We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this experience was. Our courier did not choose the package center independently. Upon arrival, building staff directed the driver to leave the flowers there. In buildings with designated package areas, there is typically an internal notification system used by the property to alert residents that a delivery has been received. Once our courier is instructed by building staff where a delivery must be left, we unfortunately do not have control over how or when the building notifies the resident. We completely understand how disappointing it was for the flowers to remain there over the weekend, and we’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations.
