Hi Logan, We’re very sorry the gift did not meet your expectations, particularly since it was intended for a new mother. We do want to clarify that our product pages clearly state directly above the vase selection that the vase is optional and that the vase shown in the product photo is not included. Customers can then choose from the available vases, each of which is listed with its additional price. No vase was selected or charged for on this order, so the bouquet was delivered in our signature gift box as ordered. Our bouquets are delivered hand-tied and ready to be placed in water, although the stems may need to be trimmed to fit the recipient’s vase. We understand that this was still inconvenient for the recipient given the circumstances, and we’re sorry that your interaction with our team left you feeling unsupported. We appreciate the feedback and regret that this experience caused you to lose confidence in us.

Hi RayJ We’re very sorry your flowers arrived two days late and in poor condition. We do offer weekend delivery, and your order was accepted and shipped for the requested Saturday delivery date. Unfortunately, FedEx delayed the shipment until Monday, which also affected the quality of the flowers upon arrival. We are also concerned by the statement that you were told we do not deliver on weekends, as that is not our policy and would not be accurate. We are reviewing the communication to understand what may have caused that confusion. Regardless of the reason for the delay, you paid for flowers to arrive fresh and on time, and that did not happen. A member of our management team will be contacting you directly so we can resolve this properly.
