Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the clothing, featuring unique designs, soft materials, and durable fabrics that feel truly amazing to wear daily. Consumers also deeply appreciate the outstanding support team, noting how quickly and helpfully representatives resolve issues such as incorrect sizing or damaged items.
However, some people mentioned that delivery times can be quite long, explaining that packages sometimes take several weeks to arrive at international destinations. A few reviewers were not happy with the sizing inconsistencies, pointing out that certain garments can run smaller or have shorter lengths than shown in promotional photos.
Terrible company who will not refund you in line with their returns and refund policy. Ordered a t shirt in size M and it fitted about 2-3 sizes too small. Tried to return for a refund but refund option was not available and only possible to get the money in store credit to purchase a different item. Then spoke with them over email and they agreed to eventually refund to my original payment method but the shipping for me to return cost more than the actual purchase price of the item. Also had no option to exchange to a size up online but could re-buy the product in a bigger size…? Finally they agreed to send a larger option of the t shirt at no cost as a return and refund wasnt possible. Its now arrived and after I asked for an XL it STILL is far too small but conveniently the size tag has been cut three quarters off. I literally run a size M in everything. Scammers who do not abide by their own ‘refund to original’ payment method policy and all product sizing is completely in accurate . Wasted my money and weeks trying to get a solution. Now still left with something I cannot wear.
Package took abt 2 months to come in, the only real problem is the delivery process, it’d also be nice if they responded on instagram and not just their email, which was hard for me to access, clothes and looks are 10/10 though.
Quality is so good, has thick shirts and good graphics. I wanted to return an item and they made the process very easy. I’m super happy with my order and the company has very good customer service
Great customer service when reaching out to get more information about my order. The clothing is so well made, the thick fabric. Quality and looks. Love it. Will for sure order more and more.
Another excellent experience with this brand. Great quality, original designs that beat the high street here and excellent customer service. I will keep ordering as I love the style
they offer and am very comfortable knowing I can trust the service and the quality of the clothes thank you yet again team Omirad.
My experience with you guys have been amazing. I order all my clothes off here every time I put a fit together and walk outside I New York City and people stop me and ask me. Where do I get my clothes from? I’m not a gatekeeper so I tell them.
There products are really good quality, good price and they’re honest people I ever seen . Whenever I see their products , I wanna order them once but the limitations is not sky it’s my wallet lol😂😂😂😂 . Keep it up
I ordered from this brand before and my instagram is flooded with the pants I got from them. But this time, I ordered again and my package was delivered to the wrong address so I had to ask for a replacement and still managed to get it within a month.
I’ve ordered many many times from this brand. The support is always ready to help you and the quality of the products are great.
Just read the sizes properly and that’s all
I use Omirad regularly and have never encountered a problem. I recently ordered a number of items all of which were of excellent quality, however I was not happy with one of the items. Omirad provided excellent customer service and replaced the item for me free of charge. Their response was quick and effective and I was very happy with the replacement item. Tnank you Omirad.
Great customer service. Trousers high quality but wrong size for me. They sent me a complimentary replacement without the need to return original. Very accommodating and would shop here again.
