Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the clothing, featuring unique designs, soft materials, and durable fabrics that feel truly amazing to wear daily. Consumers also deeply appreciate the outstanding support team, noting how quickly and helpfully representatives resolve issues such as incorrect sizing or damaged items. However, some people mentioned that delivery times can be quite long, explaining that packages sometimes take several weeks to arrive at international destinations. A few reviewers were not happy with the sizing inconsistencies, pointing out that certain garments can run smaller or have shorter lengths than shown in promotional photos.

Omirad Vintage Arc-Pocket Balloon Pants - Love, Love, LOVE!!!

I purchased the Omirad Vintage Arc-Pocket Balloon Pants and couldn't be happier with them. The quality of the fabric is beautiful - it is a decent thickness yet soft all at once. I love them so much that I am now about to buy 2 more of their trousers. I also need to praise customer service. 1st class service. I asked many questions, which were answered so quickly and comprehensively. I also changed my mind about the size after ordering, which was amended for me without hesitation. The entire ordering and shipping process was fantastic. Shipping to London, UK, was easy and hassle-free. Thank you, Omirad, for the great customer service and amazing products. I get compliments on your pants every time I wear them and recommend you, of course.

I rarely leave reviews but this had to be an exception

I rarely leave reviews, but this company has been fantastic. I first discovered the brand through @astridiwantyouinmylife and immediately fell in love with the OMIRAD Structured Pleated Balloon Trousers in Grey, excellent quality. My sister bought them for me as a Christmas present, and although I was initially a little nervous ordering from a website that wasn't in English, I needn't have worried. The trousers are absolutely beautiful and I receive compliments every single time I wear them. Because I loved them so much, I later ordered the OMIRAD Pleated Barrel Trousers in Khaki. They came up slightly differently in size and the material was not quite the same as my first pair, but the customer service was exceptional. The team responded quickly, arranged an exchange without any hassle, and my replacement pair arrived very promptly. It's refreshing to find a company that not only creates such unique, well-designed clothing but also provides excellent customer service. I will definitely be purchasing more pieces in the future and would highly recommend them.

I’ve made many purchases from this site…

I’ve made many purchases from this site and have always been satisfied, both with the quality of the products and the shipping. I’ve had to use their customer service a few times, and I have to say it’s excellent I received a response right away, and my issue was resolved very quickly. For anyone looking for streetwear or other styles, Omirad is perfect, both in terms of value for money and product selection. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely keep shopping here.
