I was lucky enough to get to speak twice with Jay Fowble over these last two days to clear up an issue I was working through with Zelle. She was incredibly kind, very efficient with helping me figure out how I needed to proceed and also "patient" which, I must say is hard to come by these days. Very grateful for the team at OneAZ Credit Union.
I applied for an Auto Loan and Tim Riggs was my loan officer. I had previously sold my old car and needed a new one ASAP. I had already asked for days off at my job to get this process done so I could have a means of transportation to my job, and Tim Riggs was able to finalize the loan in a day! I am so grateful he took the time and went out of his way to get my loan approved by underwriting. I had been waiting for a call since 8 in the morning waiting for an approval. I called at 10am and spoke with Tim and within 30-40 minutes he was able to get my loan approved. We had been bothering Tim all morning from 10am until the banks closed at 5pm. I am so thankful for all his hard work and understanding, when I had so many questions. He showed professionalism and patience, and I couldn’t have been happier to have been assigned Tim Riggs as my loan officer, I honestly don’t think the loan would’ve been finalized in the couple of hours, had we not been assigned Tim. I appreciate everything he did for me that day and am extremely grateful.

Representative Adam Petri helped me with a wire transfer I need to make. It's complicated because I can't get to a branch. Adam arranged for a video conference to make it possible to begin the transfer process.
