Great GK figure purchase experience, especially with their in-stock shipment. They even have company staff actively participating in the figure collectors online community which makes them quite responsive. Workable response times, felt supported through the buying and shipping process. Made my order on Jan 26th and it made it to my delivery address by Feb 6th (Canada) with one of the shipping options the orzgk team helped me select because I wanted it quicker and didn't mind covering the shipping fees. I started slowly coming over here after a business in my country began to go downhill. I made my first-ever preorder here, but this main review is for the first in-stock item I purchased. I did not expect to be assigned a personal, exclusive assistant. Lucy has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I made an enquiry about adding outer plastic corner protectors, and they were happy to accommodate that request. The shipping options were good and included photos of my item. I received it in good condition. During my correspondence with Lucy, she asked me to let her know when I received my statue, which is a great touch for building customer satisfaction and a genuine connection. Excellent Website This was my first time preordering a figure. When it was ready to be delivered, they instantly messaged me, and my Assistant Ella was really helpful along the way. I got everything explained in detail, and it was very easy to understand. The shipping to the EU was super reasonable, and they packed it really good, it came in perfect condition. I really recommend this store because of their good prices, and helpful and friendly customer support. Definitely going to buy there again in the future.

I ordered a pair of figures from Japan with a pretty long production/delivery process. I got contacted in time by my Assistant Allen at all the crucial steps and got offered a variety of options for delivery with trackers for all the steps between. Ultimately my figures arrived in good condition and i would trust OrzGK if i am to order any figures in the future again.

The order came undamaged and they were on contact with me and answered my questions on mail. I had some issues on talking from whatsapp but Lucy responded my mails and warned me on important details about shipping. Im just glad that my order came undamaged. I wrote to customer support using whatsapp for information on a possible first statue purchase. I received a hasty initial response after 4 hours. Following my request for clarification, I have not received any further responses in 48 hours. I decided not to continue the purchase given the quality of customer service
