A product that broke the second i used it and they dont reply on questions about any compensation. And no reply on updating the shipping adress on another product i did a pre-order on (sadly)

This was my first purchase with OrzGK and I purchased the Deep Tale Jungle Hunter Predator bust. The item arrived with no damage or issues. I did have a mishap with my order being delayed but Lucy was very helpful and gave me regular updates in regards to the delay. Overall a good experience and have just purchased the Deep Tale Alien Facehugger Stasis chamber from OrzGK which I feel shows my trust in this company and it’s team 👌

OrzGK has real integrity ─ they took care of me! So, anyone who read my original review might know, I initially had a pretty underwhelming and unfortunate experience with my first order. This is an update. To summarize ─ I was waiting for a really long time between my initial deposit paid and the time of release for the sculpture that I pre-ordered, which at the end differed considerably from initial photos and expectations. This was not really OrzGK's fault, however, but rather the specific studio (CHERRY Studio, if you're wondering) ─ that really dropped the ball and had chronic production delays, quality control issues, and the like, which super hampered my impression of the company. My mistake was not better parsing this fact, that OrzGK is working with many different studios to source their sculptures; and so I just happened to have the misfortune of things going awry for my particular selection. Well, even though initially I believed I was just flat out of luck and would have to eat the cost of the deposit I paid since the final product is not what I desired ─ Lucy stepped in and emailed me. She said her team would take care of the refund for me, so that I was mostly reimbursed and the losses for me were minimal. This is true professionalism and integrity on behalf of OrzGK ─ I have to say. It is testament to their care and high standards that they bore responsibility for fault that wasn't truly theirs. Going forward they have my endorsement since they corrected this mistake and helped this career hobbyist collector out. My advice to you when ordering is simply to be very selective and just ensure you choose properly the pre-orders you make because in the case there's float or deviation from initial prototype photos, it's not so simple for them to cancel if you're dissatisfied, like on other anime-figure sites ─ they literally pay your deposit forward to the studio to start the production process. OrzGK has an expansive and attractive catalogue of sculptures spanning many different anime, video games, and genres for discerning collectors of all kinds. So choose wisely and if you're reticent at all, or simply want to avoid waiting or worrying about deposit fees, just buy one of their many in-stock sculptures so there's less worry and the process is more straight-away.
The statue I got was great quality and was shipped in a way to give the most protection to prevent risk of damage. Lucy was a great help in regards to all in inquires.
I specifically ordered a blindfolded version of their figurine. What I got was not according to what I ordered on their website. The studio does not want to compensate me by shipping the component on what is essentially their fault by not paying attention to the customer's specific details. The seller Orzgk however was responsive enough to issue me a partial refund for the mistake. I would recommend them for their customer service, but not the studio.
My first order with Orzgk was my Rebecca from cyberpunk edgerunners. Unfortunately she was out of stock when I placed my order. But their customer service reached out to me and informed me of the situation and offered me a refund or the option of the higher end ver. I ended up going with the higher end version. Because I missed out on another Rebecca figure. Orzgk continued to keep me informed of this figure every step of the way, and even reached out to me after I’ve received the figure to make sure there were no problems with shipping.
I purchased a Slam Dunk - Mitsui figurine (MVP) produced by ZX Studio from Orzgk and I have to say it is totally a disaster! Orzgk had no quality control at all on the goods shipped from the studio i.e. checking detail for defects, damage or paint issues. My figurine arrived defect with no signs of damages from shipping instead the defect shown telltale sign originated from the studio (OEM) end's as the missing bits could not be located inside the box. I do not recommend anyone to buy from Orzgk as they don't respect your passion for details on collectible figurine.
This company is a liar. I have ordered something from this place and have checked with them for couple time regarding my order. And the last inqury, they told me that the manufacturer no longer accept order and my order was canceled. Then they implies to refund me the full amount and it wasnt. It was deducted with fee.
The customer service is awful they display the statues without showing the full price, you have to pay an extra 100$+ for shipping on top of the price of the statue,my first statue took over a month to get any details of where it was, and my second statue never came and it took 5 months of me waiting and me messaging them multiple times before they checked and admitted they had no clue where it was, and even for the refund they told me 7-10 days but never told me they were missing info to issue my refund and it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received it, I wouldn't waste my time on this site
