评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently find the official website extremely user friendly, regularly noting that searching for items, browsing selections, and placing orders is a wonderfully simple and direct process. Many people genuinely appreciate the clear product descriptions and the fantastic variety of goods available on the digital platform. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected sizing issues, mentioning that clothes arrived far too big or that the measurements tables were confusing. A few customers also experienced frustrating technical difficulties during checkout or noted that delivered items did not completely match the online pictures.

Extraordinary additional costs make…
Extraordinary additional costs make this the last time particularly if products are less than satisfactory
Avoid Them At All Costs
I bought 3 shirts and what arrived was cheap nasty rags! They are selling falsely advertised goods. Avoid them at all costs.
who knows
We'll see once i rec'd the product
Item purchased from OUKU
I received the exact item I purchased. Tracking was provided 3 days after purchase. It was delivered 14 days from the date I ordered the item.
Ordered a cardigan and paid $55.00 cdn
Ordered a cardigan and paid $55.00 cdn. The product arrived on January 30, 2026. The item does not look like the item on their site. The color is wrong, the material is super cheap. Not worth $10 not the $55 I paid. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Falsely Advertised Products
I purchased what was advertised as denim shirts. When they arrived they were cheap cotton rags!!! Do not buy anything from this company they are scam artists. They are affiliated with Light In a Box also so if you don’t want to get scammed out of your money DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!!!!
Your purchase will come with ease.
I enjoyed a great experience with this site
The boots did not fit
The boots did not fit, they offered me a 60% refund, which I accepted however, I've had no response from them. Do Not buy from this company unless you have read their returns policy.
THE PLUG,COLOUR ,POWER SUPPLY,ATTACHMENTS AND WHAT COMES WITH IT
NOT COMPLICATED, CLEAN UNINTERRUPTED LIGHT
Ripped off!!
Ripped off!!! The shirt i bought doesnt look like the shirt in the vintage shirt photo. The design is different such as color, no vintage fading the way the photos shows. Even buttons dont seem to be the same or the inside of the shirt. The shirt looks just like the $10 shirt they sell on TEMU - look it up!!! JUST not the exact color. I feel ripped off and am pissed. Ill give you time to respond why my shirt looks like a $10 temu shirt and not what was in the picture. I paid like $30 for this shirt.
