Your website and the payment options screens are confusing and unnecessarily repetitive.

Good but overpriced

Liked the stuff but too expensive for its use and shipping cost too high.

No Return Instruction for a full Refund despite multiple Requests

I bought 2 winter coats for our 8 years old daughter on 10th December 2025. I received them on 27th Dec 2025. They looked very good on the pictures but in reality they are made of very thin and cheap material. I have requested a return for a full refund immediately. They responded on the next day (28th Dec) asking me to keep the items for refund of 60%. I wrote back saying that the items can not be of any use for us/our daughter and requested return instruction for full refund. Since 28th Dec, I sent another message on 6th arequesting a return instruction for a full refund. I did not receive their response. I have sent another message today. This has been a stressful experience and discourage me to look at their website again to shop in the future. They should allow me to return the items for a full refund.

I bought a pair of red shoes that supposed to of been a velvet material in a brick red . What I got was a cherry red leather and the laces are a completelly a different colour . They look awful

Shipping was late / Quality zipper on wrong side

Was told it would be here for Christmas, received 2 Jan. 2026. Tried it on and realized the zipper is on the wrong side, meaning most zipper are on the right hand side, this garment it on the left hand side.

The first jacket seems to be too small

The first jacket seems to be too small. However, OUKU makes it extremely complicated for returns and time is ticking. I hope and pray that the quality is at least adequate coming from China and ALL.

Customer service support is tedious and act like if they are doing you a favor, item I bought is far from what is advertised. I want to return the item but it is a nightmare. You don't get what you bought and once you buy it you are alone.

I ordered two vest. Went off the size chart but they both still didn’t fit! In their original packaging no labels taken off and the refuse to refund me as that is written in there “returns policy” a complete scam!! DO NOT SHOT AT THIS WEBSITE. they also don’t email you with confirmation you constantly have to keep going on their website for updates which take forever
