Its been 34 days now and shirt not received. “Customer service” sent canned answers promising looking into, but its all lies. Ive submitted a dispute w my credit card company as Ouku wont refund my money or even respond now after a dozen plus attempts. STAY AWAY they are frauds. *EDIT. Its now been 49 days and not delivered.

Absolute scam, avoid avoid avoid. Dress was not as is on the picture and they tried to negotiate my refund. When we finally agreed to a 90% refund just to close it off, my package has just been returned back from China and no refund. Complete scam site
