Ordering was easy. Chose the cheaper shipping time as dress became more expensive, however I require the dress for the 28th June for my granddaughters wedding. Really hope that it arrives as stated. Beautiful dresses.

Disgracefully Customer Service

Terrible just terrible! I ordered four pants from this company, 3 came in complete different sizes that what I ordered and 1 came with a broken zipper but correctly sized. I politely communicated with them asking for a refund or for them to send me new pants as this was their fault not mine. They continued to take days to respond and deny responsibility offering me small refunds rather than the true full refund they should be giving me because as previously said this was their fault. Atrocious customer service I am appalled. They would constantly promise to contact us within 24 hours, 48 hours etc... but never actually contact us until we would have to reach out for a 3rd and 4th time. Disgusting. I have never been treated so terribly by customer service like this in my life! They are a branch of light in the box and ouko DO NOT BUY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

when I built a shopping cart and then clicked another item, the site opened a new window and started a new cart, so then I had two separate transactions going. no way to merge them

No exchange so Don’t Buy

Never buy from them as they don’t offer any exchange of size if it doesn’t fit. Online buying is all about exchange or return if the product is wrong fit or poor quality. They didn’t offer any exchange for a new jacket bought order number 2505112211154117 size L and I wanted to change it to size M. Simply gave me 30% discount which I am still waiting to hit my account and shut the ticket. NEVER BUY FROM THEM 😡

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers , they send a tracking number that doesn’t work and orders don’t show up on the site avoid OUKU at all costs they take your money and give a used shipping number

Don't offer a return label service

Don't offer a return label service. The quality of the clothes was poor and returning means paying for postage yourself. They make it so difficult to return that you have to accept their tiny 30% refund. Don't use them.

Once I found what I was looking for it…

Once I found what I was looking for it was an easy purchase, the extra charges from 4 to 7 items was a bit steep but liveable.
