Scam

I'm a 80 year old man brought 3 shirts from Ouku ordered correct size they are far to small it's going to cost me postage to return through no fault of my own. They have offered me 50% refund and I keep the shirts? Which means iv got 3 shirts that don't fit and only half my money back please please be aware

Stay away!!

Trying to return two items which look nothing like the pictures and the quality is horrible. They don't respond even after going through their convoluted return process which says they will email in 1 day. Well its now 13 days and nothing. So id say keep away its a scam site or really really poor customer service!!!

Extremely long wait time and poor customer service.

Made the order of two simple clothing items 4 weeks ago. They were for a wedding, paid express shipping, too. Customer service doesn't respond after many attempts. The tracking page still shows the items as being prepared for shipping. If you want to wait ages for your items, you might get them. I don't even know since they haven't even been shipped after 4 weeks and customer service doesn't respond for an update or a refund.

You did NOT accept my Discover credit card. The card is valid! However, you did honor a Mastercard. Even with the the difficulty…… I did place an order. The products are a good value.

Difficult processes when exchanging goods. You have varying policies on exchanging goods. "Trick' customers to spend more than the original purchase. If the quality of these garments is poor, I won't be dealing with you again. lets hope the goods arrive on time and sizing and quality is of a high standard.

Avoid this company

I ordered 2 linen shirts with Henley collars, one blue and one a rust colour. When they finally arrived they were both black. I would never order black!! except for a funeral. One had a normal collar. Neither is linen. Feels plastic. Yug. I can't find where or how to return them. Nothing on the packaging. Their app is no help. You go round in circles. So far I've discovered they have to be returned to Asia AND separately!! Avoid this company; another FB scam
