They make it real difficult for you to return (not giving return info. Iv asked twice now and nothing) Then you have to pay to return it to their factory in Asia!!
Cotton linen shirt looks nothing like the photos. Fabric wrong colour and style...poorly stitched...threads left everywhere..
Products were did not resemble pictures online, and were of low quality. The cost of post and packaging means that it's hard to get a meaningful refund, even if they do agree to it.

Shipping Costs Too High! I love your merchandise, your pricing is good but your exorbitant shipping cost offset the savings by far. Nearly $7 for a linen shirt is ridiculous and discourages me from considering future sales--get up with times!

Necessary to create an account for a one time purchase and then trying to create an account is not easy.
I ordered four items. One was no longer available and one was completely not what I ordered. The order took 6.5 weeks to be delivered.
The shipping was expensive and took ages, but unfortunately that can be expected from experience. My disappointment however is the quality of the clothes, pretty poor fit and cloth quality. Might keep one or two of them which were ok but the other 7-8 will have to be recycled. Wouldn't order again.
Ordered 9 shirts a mix of polo , collared and t shirts. I ordered all large size . The sizes are different across the range ,the polo says large but compared to the T-shirts it's an extra large. The T-shirts are nice but cheaply made . The polo and collared shirt aren't a good fit and aren't representative of the pictures and I'm giving them to charity . I dont expect these clothes to last long ,I could literally rip them off hulk Hogan style the material feels that cheap. The reviews giving 5 stars saying how amazing they are can't be true . Also tracking for delivery was none existent and I was starting to think it was a scam.
Make it much easier to use Reward/coupon codes. Nice to get them, but hard to find and submit them.
