I was not at all happy with the fabric of the item I purchased. A return would have cost almost what the item cost. Oyrosy said I can choose another outfit. The outfit I chose would double the price but they allowed me to keep the original item and I didn't have to pay extra for the new item. Hopefully the fabric will be fine.

Placed an order on 23rd November which took a while to arrive as unknowingly it was sent from China despite being a UK based website!
Item arrived and was of very poor quality and looked nothing like what was shown! Requested a return which took several emails for them to respond and eventually I was given a return address in China which I had to pay all return fees including Customs fees of around £32. Item was sent back and has been sat at Chinese Customs since Christmas Day (it’s now 17thJanuary) and despite several emails I’ve received no help from them to get my refund sorted!
Will never recommend this Company!

At first I was turned off by the return policy and the hoops I thought they were asking to jump through (and pay) to return my product I wasn't happy with. But the chat customer service was very responsive and we came to a solution that worked out well which I appreciate.

The dress that I ordered was too big. I contacted customer service to return the dress. They were very responsive and offered to send me another dress, which could replace the oversized dress, or I could return the dress, and they would give me a full refund of the purchase price. I loved the dress. The dress itself was very nice, and the material was of very good quality. It was exactly as it was described when I ordered. I would definitely order from them again. I decided to keep the dress and requested they send me another in a smaller size. I am hoping to gift the first dress.

I ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding and it did not fit. Ella worked with me to find a replacement dress and to have it expedited. While the original dress didn't work out the way I'd hoped, I really do appreciate Ella's follow through on trying to make this right. She was very responsive and even checked with her team to see if the dress was lined (I couldn't tell from the picture) before she we proceeded with the replacement dress. The items I received from Oyrosy are of exceptional quality. I have ordered a total of three times. The items do take a while to deliver.
The faux suede leather green dress that I ordered was way too big. I had to request a size smaller Oyrosy sent it to me free of charge without returning the original item.

Disgraceful company! Ordered $120 jacket. It arrived very crushed in packaging that was too small! Jacket looked different to pic on website! Material looked cheap and shoulders instead of being square and stiff were rounded and drooped! Emailed customer support 3 times and requested ticket to return the jacket! Got no reply! In the meantime they were sending me emails and messages trying to encourage me to purchase more items! Raised the issue with PayPal but this was unsuccessful! Have closed my PayPal account! Am surprised they associate with an organisation that blatantly ignores UK consumer protection legislation, Have read other reviews here highlighting poor customer service from OYROSY! Also discovered many sites on internet that state that this company is a scam! Wish I discovered all of this before I purchased the jacket!! Hopefully this review will alert other consumers to stay well clear of Oyrosy!!

This is a complete scam. The dress I bought for $180 dollars looked awful and not at all in line with what was pictured on the website. When I reached out to return the item for a full refund as per their 30-day return policy, I was offered to get a 30% refund and keep the dress because I was beyond the 14-day return policy?!! Then after multiple emails he agreed to a full refund if I sent the dress back to China at my own cost! Ultimately we settled on 90% with no return, I have yet to receive my refund. This is a scam!

Customer service was easy to work with! Was able to work with me to get a better option for a dress desired. Also was responsive to all questions! Answered all questions. Made sure to get my measurements when I wasn’t sure of sizing for particular dress desired! Had to send a few emails back and forth to get decisions made and the best option sent to me in quicker shipping time frame. I would say overall they are pretty easy to make any issues I had work out for the best! I am excited to get the dress as soon as it is shipped to me! I recommend if anything you are not satisfied with reach out and they will make it right. Although many items that I wanted were not in stock I was able and find hopefully the perfect dress!
