I don’t have an answer for the complaints that other reviewers are submitting. But I can tell you that this is the finest watch I have ever owned. The attention to detail the quality is beyond belief for such a price point. Never in 1 million years would I ever think that I could have such a watch and afford it. I’ve had nothing but good experience with Pagani design and I will go back to them again for another of these fine watches. They are beautiful time pieces. I could never afford a Rolex no way I would ever wear one anyway at their expense. But with an incredible watch like this, I don’t have to worry about it. I’ve got quality at affordable prices. Do I recommend Pagani Design? Absolutely.
I got 2 yacht master, first gray bezel fantastic , no issues , 2nd rubber black bezel , with noticeable wobble bezel , not to bad . Still i can used . Wish better luminicense for night vision.
Beware—stay away from this piece of junk from Pagani. I exchanged several emails with Pagani regarding complaints, but unfortunately to no avail. To me, the whole thing borders on fraud; so, to everyone: stay away from this company.

Hello, my friend, Can you send us the order number? The last order we got from you is in 2022, so please check if you order from our official website: https://www.paganidesign.cn/
Loved the design of the watch, also GREAT customer service. Very friendly people and don’t give ai responses. The watches are very high quality it’s definitely worth a buy. Only downside is the clasp is hard to open if you don’t have long fingernails but that’s a me problem the watch is amazing
To start off i own multiple Pagani Design watches and my experience with this great company has been nothing short of remarkable both in the online experience ease of selection (as there are many) and they're ability to make things right when things don't go as planned or anticipated. the quality of the pieces that I have purchased are ABSOLUTELY STUNNIG! for they're price point you just cant beat it I recently made my 6th purchase which was Pagani Design the PAGANI DESIGN PD-1701 New Men's Quartz Watches New Release full Stainless Steel Waterproof Sports Chronograph Wrist Watch for Men in the Gold White color configuration and I was not disappointed as it is STUNNING I highly recommend this piece & to top it off it's execution is flawless I also own the older style red unit & it too is wonderful. In short don't hesitate just go ahead and buy it sit back and relax and in a short time you too will be opening your brand new Pagani Design watch box!
I previously ordered a watch from Pagani design and I cannot say enough about this watch also the communication with the company they respond when you messaged them through WhatsApp I can't say enough about the company the watch is absolutely stunning that I ordered PD-1665
When I wear this watch out I get so many compliments on it it's like nobody has ever seen this kind of style of watch unbelievable
The products are of excellent quality, they ship to the EU in days and their customer service is impeccable. My go-to place for value-for-money gifts shopping
In my whole life is the first time I have such high quality brand in watches.the material is genuine and the art is outstanding.i encourage everyone not to hesitate buying this brand
I recently placed an order with Pagani Design (Order #202210188494752021995267).
According to the tracking information (YunExpress / GOFO Netherlands), my parcel was returned to the sender in Mainland China on October 25, 2025, before it ever reached me.
I immediately contacted Pagani Design Support by email to ask for clarification and to find out whether my watch would be reshipped or refunded. Unfortunately, I have not received any response after several days.
So far:
❌ No delivery
❌ No explanation or update
❌ No customer support response
Overall experience: very disappointing.
I hope Pagani Design will resolve this issue, but at this point, I cannot recommend them based on their lack of communication and follow-up.

Hello, my friend, we have sent the second package when the first package returned, and the package has been delivered, you can track on this website: https://www.yuntrack.com/parcelTracking?id=YT2530400706150122
Third Watch purchased from them now, happy overall. Slightly beyond what you would expect for the money. This model the day flips over a little late not till 4am and the date at midnight. Overall happy again for here in time for the birthday on Sunday 👍 all in all happy customer again
I would give one star if I could. I ordered a watch for my husband's birthday. He ended up deciding he wanted to return it and get a different one. I e-mailed customer service with my info/order # within the return time frame. They initially replied quickly and asked for the receipt. I sent the receipt. They then said "your order isn't from this store" and completely stopped replying even when I followed up. It was very unprofessional. My receipt had the store's info on it, I ordered directly from their website. Absolute worst experience in my life with any company, would not recommend to anyone.

Hello, can you share the order number here? Did you check the domain of the website where you ordered? We have never received any message from you, my friend, We can help if you order on our official website: https://www.paganidesign.cn/
Watches quality are beyond belief. The fit and finish and dedication to design and quality is mind blowing. I’m not exaggerating when I say this brand is the only brand you should trust when looking for quality for your money. I have enough watches from old series to the newest models to confidently say they are doing watches right. I love them!
I ordered two Pagani Watches from their website, they arrived in perfect condition in well-made boxes. I have had them for 3 months without any issues. They have good accuracy and show no signs of scratches after everyday use.
They represent excellent value for money for the quality of the watch. I bought them to wear daily and to test before I buy a Rolex. I am pleased to say the comparison between the styles has assisted me in choosing the one that suits me best.
These Pagani Design watches are an outstanding value. For what these cost, the quality is unmatched. Of course there is some room for improvement, but at this price point you get way more than you pay for. I have the PD-1644, PD-1685, PD-1667 and now two PD-1701’s. I like every one of them.
If I had to nit-pick at all, my PD-1667 had a slightly misaligned clasp, but it didn’t affect the function at all. I bought a replacement clasp from Pagani and it was perfect.
I am looking forward to buying more from Pagani in the future.
Good customer service ! I ordered the pagani watch online. There's a delay in parcel delivery due to external factors. Through the online assistance, my parcel turn up in the next day. I'm really appreciate the prompt response. My order PD 1701V3 is such a high quality and good looking watch ! Nice.
I purchased a watch from the website The service was excellent. The watch arrived within seven days, well-packaged, and of high quality. I highly recommend this shop.
