Worst customer service I've ever…
Worst customer service I've ever received. My order was delayed by three weeks leading to a cancelled proposal and £7,000 in other costs down the drain. I told them not to send the product if it wouldn't be here by a certain date. Yet they still did. Then kept telling me it was in transit still although it was sat in a delivery centre for 10 days. They then cancelled it without me approving. They reply about once a week...by FAR the worst customer service I have ever received. DO NOT USE THEM!

great customer service and quality jewelry
I had a small mix-up with my order at first, but the customer service was amazing and quickly made it right. They responded promptly, were very kind, and immediately offered to resend the correct necklace. The quality of the jewelry is beautiful, and I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again! Highly recommend 😊

Lovely customer service. I accidentally ordered the incorrect ring size for my partner, and they were so accommodating in getting me the new size I needed with no unexpected additional cost. A wonderful ring and a great service!
The prettiest star-galaxy watch EVER!
This is the prettiest star-galaxy watch I've ever seen. I purchased it because I really like that theme. I wasn't expecting it to be even prettier than it looked online! It sparkles beautifully with many colors of twinkling "stars, not just white! Very impressive and I am Delighted with my purchase! It was well packed for the trip, and I enjoyed opening it! There was also a tiny, flat-head screwdriver included in the watch box. The watch's bracelet was huge on my wrist and I thought I'd have to get my jeweler to size it down for me. Luckily I found some helpful information on the internet about the "screw-in/out" featured on some watches and was relieved to find that I could adjust bracelet size of my new Pascal° watch myself! Now that I can wear it, I can hardly wait to look at it in the next sunbeam! Wow! It's dazzling! I would buy it all over again!

I ordered a watch more than a month ago, already paid for it and I still have not received it. They don't answer my emails and they don't give me a set date as to when they will ship my watch. DO NOT ORDER from this company. I'm still not sure if they are legit or I got scammed.

I've ordered from this company in the past and I've had to return a couple of items because of the quality of the product, more specifically, the diamonds fallen out of the mirage watch. Long story short I started leaving reviews on Instagram and stating my opinion on Instagram and they have now blocked me. I think this company is trying to hide something. Please stay away.

Make SURE you are home to sign for watch when it comes. The wait was worth it. It came so meticulously packaged. A beautiful mission statement and the watch is stunning. You will not regret buying a Pascel watch. I am impressed. Thank you Pascel.

No response from customer and no product received yet
I was really excited about the watch I ordered for my birthday. I placed the order on February 13th and received confirmation that it would be received by February 26th. I still haven’t received it, there is nothing updated since February 21st for tracking, no response to text or email attempts. At this point I don’t know when I’ll receive the watch and I’m very disappointed. The fact or no response is the main reason I’m upset and disappointed. If I knew of an update I would feel better. IF I ever receive the watch I’ll probably never order anything from this company again. Poor customer service is a deal breaker for me.

I ordered a ring for my daughter and it was too big. The company worked with me to easily exchange it. They have been quick to respond and helpful. The ring is beautiful! I would recommend Pascal Design.
Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. The ring arrived with visible yellow discoloration and uneven plating straight out of the box. It was never worn. This does not look like sterling silver at all, despite what is stated on the website. The metal appears dull, uneven, and already looks worn. Also there is no fineness mark so it is not silver. For the price, this level of quality is unacceptable. The product does not match the description or the expectations created by the brand. I contacted customer support immediately after receiving the item (24.02) and am still waiting for a proper response.
