Ride booking
It was easy to book the ride from the airport to the hotel. Instructions as to meeting point were clear and easy to follow. The ride was smooth despite the heavy rush-hour traffic and the driver was cautious due to the rain.

Started with many choices when I did my research for local activities in Bali, and I started research almost 2 months before flght. Since Pelago is associated with SIA which is my national carrier, a renown name and my favorite when I travel, I tried using Pelago. Also easy to transact since it is associated with SIA, I just need to sign in through KRISFLYER. Informative in the app when searching for meeting my expectations. I was looking for almost free & easy local tours, many choices, prices indicated for considerations. Pelago online assist attentive, responding to my questions or doubts and giving me guidance / recommendations. Easy settlement of my selected local tour and transport from airport to hotel before arrival. Overall experience using Pelago has been pleasant. SIA a great way to fly!

Outstanding booking process and experience
Exceptionally poor customer service
Live customer service agents need to improve on their product knowledge. Said it was SQ Solitaire customer service, yet quality is horrendously poor, except for 1 agent. Other agent took over 30mins and can't answer my question. Took me over 5 reach-outs and nearly 3 hourse to resolve a simple question.
Finding the best to se in any location
Finding the best to go is easy with Pelago. You just select your destination and it finds all that is available in that area. Awesome

Not working
Couldn’t get a connection and support was asking for one screenshot after the other. In the end they couldn’t help and made it sound as if WE wouldn’t been able to set it up correctly, which was frustrating. They just did not seem to know what they are doing. If it would have worked, it would have been a good offer though.

Connecting to the next eSIM is problematic. Free 1GB valid for 7 days but used up in 3 days. So I hv another eSIM to be activated today but having problems with it - prompt that it’s not valid 😰
