评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally streamlined booking process, noting that discovering special offers, making quick purchases, and receiving instant confirmations happen very smoothly. Consumers also highlight the highly competitive prices, great overall value, and wonderfully helpful staff members encountered during their travels and local tours. Some reviewers were not happy with unclear activity descriptions and confusing ticket options that ultimately caused unexpected extra financial expenses. A few other people also felt that certain booking procedures were rather cumbersome, mentioning specific problems regarding ticket validity upon arrival and particularly slow customer support replies.

Prompt on confirmation on booking
Prompt on confirmation on booking. The price was fair and reasonable. Driver arrived earlier than the pick up time, helpful to load and unload our luggage.
Easy to book
Easy to book. And good value for money. Proper channel to book tour. Suggestions: It will be better to give clearer information. For example, the name of the tour agency and the information of 1 for 1 if it’s really for two pax.

A Must-Have App for Our Singapore Trip!
Pelago was extremely helpful for our vacation in Singapore! It saved us a lot of money because booking the attraction tickets online through the app beforehand is much cheaper compared to buying them directly at the counter. Just make sure to read the offers carefully before purchasing to ensure you select the exact option you want, and you're good to go. Highly recommended!
Great customer service response.
Great product and gateway to purchase!
Great product and gateway to receive substantial discounts on must see tourist attractions. Purchase process is streamlined and ticket delivery fast and efficient. Seriously, using Pelago is better than buying from the destination venues as it beats the queues and does not involve trying to navigate poorly set up Tourist Destination apps (like Gardens by the Bay) to buy the tickets “to skip the queues”. I am a fan!
Our experience was incredable
Our experience was incredable, we enjoyed our flight with the kind but strict stewards. The price is good enough for the benefits we had to enjoy the free tour in changi airport.
Perfect skiing trip to mount Buller!
The trip was perfect! From the timing, schedule, and driver's attitude. It's a good price, I'll do it again!

The Water B river cruise was really good, boarding from Marina Bay with no crowds at all. During the cruise, I could see that the Clark Quay boarding area was super crowded.
Booking process was easy and quick.
