评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally streamlined booking process, noting that discovering special offers, making quick purchases, and receiving instant confirmations happen very smoothly. Consumers also highlight the highly competitive prices, great overall value, and wonderfully helpful staff members encountered during their travels and local tours. Some reviewers were not happy with unclear activity descriptions and confusing ticket options that ultimately caused unexpected extra financial expenses. A few other people also felt that certain booking procedures were rather cumbersome, mentioning specific problems regarding ticket validity upon arrival and particularly slow customer support replies.

Chalong Distillery
Best place ever to visit. Great tasting spirits & exceptionally lovely people that work there. The meal we had was also delicious & beautiful environment. Certainly one of the highlights from our trip! Booking thru Pelago was also very easy, plus a great price.

A brief glimpse of Jakarta’s history
The pickup from my hotel was on time. And despite the unexpected heavy traffic congestion we saw everything on the itinerary. I enjoyed this brief look at Jakarta’s history. The walk through the market was fascinating. We we were behind schedule due to traffic. But we saw everything it was not rushed. Ivan, the guide was very knowledgeable and kind. His English was excellent A great way to spend a few hours in Jakarta.

Very helpful staff.
Easy and cheap
Better off using Klook and forget about the miles
Booking process is cumbersome and platform is not user friendly. Lack of options and difficult to find what you want. Lack of reviews and prices are more expensive than Klook. Reporting issues is a big hassle and customer support is no help at all. Totally waste of time. The quality for the price you pay is totally not worth for the miles earned. Airport transfer I have booked this time was by far the worst I have experienced.
Good after-sales support
Good after-sales support. I was relieved my query regarding my bookings was resolved in a timely manner by an agent, Khalistio, who contacted the tour operator on my behalf.
Pelago - Good, easy to navigate APP
Pelago provided a good, easy to navigate booking service for a transfer from Changi Airport to central Singapore CBD. The driver was polite and shared interesting information about Singapore. His van was clean and tidy.
Many good deals at discounted prices
Many good deals at discounted prices, and tie-ins to actual flights taken for the trip on either SIA or SCOOT.

I book airport transfers to/from hotel during my recent trip to Bangkok. The entire experience is seamless and the pick up and drop off went without a hitch. Timely communications were made with me via email which keep me from being anxious on whether my pickup will be there during my arrival and departure. Thanks.
