The support team is very friendly and quick to respond. It was really reassuring to be able to read verified reviews of the different sitters. All our requests had a lot of responses.
Very good, I am satisfied
I will definitely use the service again.
I had lodged a complaint and it was immediately attended and restored. The response was pretty quick and prompt. Very much appreciated.
I’ve had a very positive experience using PetBacker as a pet sitter. The app is easy to use, communication with owners is smooth, and payments are reliable. Highly recommend!
I had to update my payout account so I submitted an enquiry. Thank you very much customer service Jenny for the prompt reply although its the holiday. Appreciate it ❤️
It is a safe and convenient mean to find a pet sister. Everything can be arranged through the app, including the payment which is very convenient. I even managed to modify my booking for a shorter stay and got reimbursed for those days. The app itself can use some work to work smoother. Overall very satisfied
Great customer support!!! 🤩 Team is super helpful and prompt with responses.
Another useless app that feels like a scam to steal from the peanuts that pet sitters earn..They charge huge commission and on top of that asks for criminal record, ID, do several tests, verify phone, email, Facebook, Google, asks for certifications, business licence and police clearance.
Always have withdrawal issues with Petbacker. They took payment at booking, even before service start. Singapore has paynow which is instant. Please upgrade your system. Finance department people definitely not working hard enough.
I am very satisfied with the assistance provided by Maria from the support team. She has been incredibly professional and thorough during my verification process. I appreciate how seriously PetBacker takes security, as it ensures a trustworthy environment for both sitters and pet parents. Maria guided me clearly through the document requirements and helped me get my listing approved quickly. Excellent customer service!
If you follow the rules of the app its a very good and safe way to find a petsitter for your pet. At first, the app is a bit complicated to use. I get quite a lot offers to petsit other people's dogs, and so far I just had very good clients. Payment is very fast and worked perfectly to my Revolut. If you want to upgrade something, then its the apps design and usability. Sad that so many people left a bad review, because they got a bad experience with the petsitter. This Trustpilot is about the app!!!
