After reviewing our records, we found one order placed on PETKIT Store, which was for the High Performance Cat Litter Pad Max (P/N: P99026). This is the correct litter pad for the Purobot Max Pro 2. We also noticed that the part number mentioned in your review, P/N: P99044, refers to the Magnetic Dustproof Curtain 3.0, not the cat litter pad. Hi Gail, We're sorry to hear that your cat isn't interested in the fountain yet. Some cats just need a little time to adjust to a new water source. Try placing the fountain next to your cat's current water bowl for a few days to help with the transition. You can also experiment with the three water flow modes—Sensor Mode, Continuous Flow, and Intermittent Flow. Different cats respond differently, and changing the flow mode can increase interaction with the fountain and help attract your cat's attention.
