Bought bag but changed my mind. Emailed the company, nothing. Got a welcome email saying they’ll do anything to help, nothing. Claimed bag dispatched, tracking never worked. I always buy unknown products through PayPal for this reason. Logged through PayPal, nothing. Logged a claim and they ignored PayPal. Thankfully I have got a full refund thanks to PayPal. Avoid
I received my bag fairly quickly, however, it had deep creases in a couple of spots and is very stiff material, so not expecting those creases to disappear anytime soon. After using it the third day, the long strap broke. Overall, I found this bag to be very cheaply made and based on other reviews, I don't think I'll even ask for a refund, as it sounds like this company makes it very difficult to get a refund. Lesson learned!!
Had an email after 3 weeks responding to defective bag offering 10% refund. What a joke. How is this company still trading. Tried to tell me every bag is tested. The button was welded together and broke on first use. STAY AWAY from this company.
I ordered a bag it arrived but was the wrong bag. After 10 emails, the first sent with photos the day it arrived I have had no response. They are still advertising the bag I ordered. Do not buy from this company, they send you whatever they have overstocked. Very very bad customer service in fact non at all. Find someone else with a good reputation.
Masters of the bait and switch. As with a few recent reviewers, the purse I received did not match what the company advertised on Facebook - a smaller bag that didn't hold anywhere near what was demonstrated. When I replied to the email that had confirmed my shipment and asked about this I actually received a response. I was told that unless it was defective I would be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back -- to China. A quick review of shipping to China indicated that it would cost as much as what I paid for the purse.
My Pierrebuy bag broke on the first use. I had the bag a full 7 days when it broke and I emailed a complaint that same day. They did not respond to any of my complaints for 2 months, now they tell me they can't issue a refund because I've had the bag for over 30 days. DISGUSTING customer service. Do not ever waste your money buying anything from this awful company
My order was processed and shipped as advertised. Arrived quickly and packaged very nicely! 🤗. Bright colors...soft material, nicely crafted, and exactly as in pictures.

Well, it is a China website, well made, with what i belive some quality products. I ordered one backpack in January, it arrived in April, in spite of the loooong waiting time, i am truly satisfied with my order, it is a very high quality product, the genuine leather is sooo soft and amaizing. After procesing my order i searched on the internet the review site, and i was verry upset thinking that i’ve made the bigest mistake ordering on Pierrebuy. But it seems in the end to be a OK website, with a realy realy slow delivery time.
Awful, ordered a bag 6 weeks ago never received an order number...but they nicely charged my credit card $80.00 over the 19.99 price! Called the number did not go through, received a message from them tonight asking for me to send them the order number...WHAT I never got anything! SCAM company! Lesson learned!
I ordered an overnight bag. 8 weeks later, I received it. Used it, and the second time I used it I noticed the whole top seam was unravelled inside. I emailed them 4 times, and no response. Save your money. Cheap bags that fall apart. Terrible customer service.

My partner ordered a "leather" rucksack for me. It took weeks to arrive, wasn't leather and the main zip is broken. I emailed them with pictures and they haven't even bothered to respond. No registered details are available on the website. If I had checked this properly I wouldn't have asked my partner to buy the bag for me as a present. Stay clear!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered the Capacity Shoulder Bag from them. I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality of this bag. Not only does its look cheaply made, I tried to open the left pocket and the snap assembly broke. I contacted Pierrebuy through their email address and I have been getting the complete runaround. Their last response was they told me that they quality check ALL of their items before shipping them and would only be willing to refund me 10%. I will never purchase from this rip off company again. Poor quality quality and non existence customer satisfaction. BUYER BEWARE.
Ordered 25 days ago. The cost was taken out of my account immediately; perhaps other countries don't follow the same laws as internet companies in the USA, but a customer shouldn't be charged for a product until they are packing it for deliver. They state 7-20 days for delivery. I have emailed TWICE, no courtesy of a reply. This is a very poor way to do business. All I want to know is the status of my order! I'm happy to wait, especially if the product is 'as advertised'. Their confirmation email at time of order also stated they would provide a tracking number when it ships... nothing has been responded to or emailed to me since the initial confirmation AND them charging me for the product. At this point, IF i ever receive their product and IF it is as advertised, i will never order from them again. There are plenty of businesses that are willing to do 'good' business and treat people as a customer expects to be received, even minimally.
Purchased my third bag and am delighted with the quality and value for money. Arrived very quickly, well packaged and emails kept me informed every step of the way. All my bags will be purchased from this company, highly recommended
I ordered a purse and after 3 weeks it arrives. It was not what I ordered. I emailed them and never heard back. I kept emailing them and someone finally responded. We went back and forth a few times. They asked me take a picture and send it to them. I did and told them clearly you can see it wasn't what I ordered. They respond with please weigh it and let us know what it weighs. Seriously?? I told them it won't register on the scale but just look at the picture and you can see it's the wrong purse. That last email was over a week ago. No response from them. Do NOT buy from this fraudulent company. They are a scam.

I purchased a leather backpack 30/01/19 for £28 57 which was taken out of my account following day .I am still waiting for a delivery. I have sent 2 e-mails, tried phoning Hong Kong which does not ring,also sent comments on reviews. Checked registered address in London as well. I would like to have a telephone number that I can actually call. Company is still on Facebook which should be removed.
