After several negative reviews, I was so apprehensive with my shoulder purse purchased. I knew it would take a while to arrive, so that part wasn't a concern. It arrived today after less than 1 month to arrive. The purse is good quality and fits my cell phone just like it said. The color is nice soft pink and the material is a soft leather type. Obviously, it's not a high grade material, but for the price it's very nice. Give it a try if you're looking for this kind of purse.
I received my backpack after 2 weeks, and sadly it had a bit of stain I couldn’t get rid of. Either way, I like the bag and tolerate the stain tho I’m disappointed. But I found it really weird that they are only showing all the 4 star and 5 star ratings and reviews. I wrote a 3 star review and it wouldn’t appear on their page. So I’m not quite sure what to think of the company...
This company is from China and they should be upfront n honest about that, if it’s a gift what if u don’t have a month n a half to wait? Also tricks the China shops pull are when they receive an order they fear ppl will cancel when they find out they’re from China so they mark the item shipped right away, so you can’t cancel. This particular company doesn’t care about customers past the sale and receiving their money.
I bought a large antitheft backpack in black for work and the smaller version in taupe for days out. I absolutely love these bags, so easy to use, lots of space and easy to find items. Handbags are always awkward slipping off my shoulder or far too heavy because of all the stuff in them and I always seem to have my stuff falling out of handbags when I'm rooting around to find something. None of this happens with these bags. Zip pockets and side pockets to separate items, optional shoulder strap, handy handle on top for easy lift. Easy to order, great communication by e mail, well packaged, not overpackaged and great delivery which you can track. I'm delighted! Thank you.
This is exported from China the bag arrived within a fortnight, its okay it vaguely resembles the bag in the advert but it’s lightweight flimsy and stinks to high heaven of fish. Worth about a fiver.
I'm dissatisfied with this company. They came to Facebook peddling thier anti theft backpack. In thought this looks great I'll get one . So I ordered one in red . When it I came I opened it . And it was khaki. I wonder how could they have got the order wrong. When they sent me an email of confirmation. And it was a red bag that was shown in the email . I messaged and email them . But they just send a automated response. If i was on eBay and i complained . they get in contact with the seller and find out what went wrong . Pierre buy based in America is all about profit. Not customer satisfaction. If I like something i ask eBay to thank the workers in China. They work, hard so greedy companies can profit .
Thanks. I knew it wouldn't be leather...but it is pretty soft and nice. Happy with my purchase. What really bothered me was the mailman...instead of delivering to my door like they are supposed to do with larger items, he 'crammed' it into my mail box, folded it and wrinkled it up. (This was a fairly large bag.) Fortunately it didn't get scratched when I had to pull it out of my small mailbox. Our mailboxes are the small cluster type and only room for letters...not a large bag!! I keep reading the post office is losing money...well no wonder, if this is an example of how they take care of packages.
I ordered a handbag on 15th January and it arrived today, 26th. It is beautiful, I love it. The interior has a bit of a chemical smell but that will fade. Very happy with purchase.

Ordered a back pack on 12/23/18. Received it on 01/25/19. Looks like I received the one I ordered. Quality looks OK, maybe not the greatest but fine for the price. I haven't used it yet however so I can't say much else about it. Giving it 4 stars since it took a long time to get .
I ordered 3 bags from this company. I received one of which I ordered, the second one never showed up and the third was not in the colour I ordered it. They did refund my money for the one bag that was in the wrong colour and the one that was never received. Not completely a bad experience but it would have been amazing if I received the items I actually ordered and paid for.
Two stars only so far. I hope you can improve my score. Twice now I have tried to place an order on line but my payment is not going through. At least I hope it hasn't otherwise I have paid twice for items I am not sure I will receive..
Received my order today. It was very disappointing. I ordered a purse that I saw on Facebook. It was a lot smaller then they advertised. I guess you get what you pay for.

I made several orders and I got the purses , it took over 30 days but they came. I ordered two men's wallets November 22nd 2018 and I have not received them as yet and I'm very disappointed. I would like to cancel the wallets and get store credit or a refund. I tried to contact through email and unsuccessful.
I ordered this back pack so I could take it away for Christmas. I received a few e mails to say it was on its way but nothing.. I left to go away for Christmas and whilst away I was informed that they could not supply it. Very disappointed I was not informed earlier. On the plus side I was refunded the money I paid in full Not reliable
I was very nervous after reading the reviews. I read them AFTER i had ordered the bag. Fortunately, i received my bag in reasonable time. I have not used it yet (ordered it for a trip I am going on) so I cannot speak to the durability of it, but it looks good. The shade of purple is somewhat different than the picture,.. my bag is more of a burgundy than purple. It does say that the bag may be a slightly different colour. I saw other people's pics of their purple bags and it is a different colour to mine. I am disappointed as purple is my fave colour and the pic showed a true purple.
Ordered bag on 1st Jan 2019 received it 9th Jan 2019 in UK. Reading other reviews must have been lucky.
I was scared because I look at the reviews of your site after my order, I thought not to receive it and today after 2 weeks surprise in the mailbox. I am very happy with my order. 👌
I have been one of the lucky ones, I guess. I ordered a shoulder bag the 19th of December. It arrived yesterday the 4th of January to the post office and I got it today. It took 2 weeks, anything to complain about. I got exactly what I ordered, but the bag is not made of genuine soft leather as advertised which is expected given the price I paid for it (34 dollars). Next time I will carefully read reviews about the companies before I buy something through internet, because this time I got nervous after reading all the bad experiences people have had with Pierrebuy.
