This company is a complete scam, I cannot believe they are allowed to advertise on Instagram and Facebook. I ordered 2 of their ‘genuine leather’ bags as advertised. They eventually arrived and were very clearly not leather. Awful smell and terribly made. Obviously there are no contact details for Pierrebuy except for a dodgy email which is never responded to. Thankfully I paid via PayPal who have the Buyer Protection guarantee and after lodging a dispute through PayPal I did get my money back through them. No response ever received from Pierrebuy. I wish I’d read the reviews on here first, I stupidly read the reviews on their website which are clearly all fake (they have the same poor grammar and spelling in each review). So in short, DO NOT USE THIS COMPLETE CON OF A COMPANY!!
I have bought 2 ladies handbags from this company. First one had a cut, they refunded me my money. The second one, the zipper broke and so did the hardware holding the strap. After a week. They said they would send me a replacement. It is going on 4 months and nothing yet. Stay clear of this company. You can find better purses at Ross.
Fraudulous-Be careful, the products on this site are not as described and they don't have an address for returns. I bought 2 bags which claimed to be leather but they were made of P.U and when I asked the seller they didn't reply to me with an address so I couldn't return the goods. Thankfully I paid via Paypal who reimbursed me fully as the sellers, Pierrebuy wouldn't reply.
I ordered an evening bag. After two weeks the package arrived. However the colour didn't meet my expectations. So I wrote an email how to return the package and a refund of my money. I reminded them 4 times to answer my email, even in Chinese. I never got an answer.
Their customer service is NOT Existing.
Please don't order by Pierrebuy!!!!!
I ordered a backpack over a month ago. It was supposed to arrive a week ago. There is no current tracking update. Last update is from a week ago saying its late but on its way.
I've emailed them FOUR times about my order and they have yet to respond.
Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Don't order from them! I'm afraid I'll never see the bag and am out the money.
Took ages to arrive, but that was because it came from China. Was very pleased with the bag, although the zip is stiff, that can soon be sorted. Would recommend to friends.
I bought my bag before reading the reviews and I'm glad I did!!! My purse was ordered and received in about 2 1/2 weeks. When I opened it, I was surprised by the strong smell, but that's just because it's been wrapped up for shipping. The smell was just the oils that we all put on real leather to keep it well conditioned and maintained. It died down after just a few hours. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you!
Ordered an anti theft bag and was worried by the reviews I read afterwards about the company on this site.
However, I have been pleasantly surprised. The bag is as vibrant as the picture shows, great stitching and the size advertised.
Had confirmation email same day and tracking number to show where it was, with a swift delivery considering China to UK.
I have had no problems with the company or the product and would recommend them.
I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but after seeing all the negative reviews I had to let people know my experience on 2 separate purchases were both extremely satisfactory. The quality is excellent and just as I expected. I received an email confirming my order and was told I would receive tracking info once it shipped , which I did. Delivery was about three weeks but with the tracking info I was able to watch it and was not concerned. I will purchase from Pierrbuy without hesitation.

I placed an order on Feb. 10th and received a confirmation # for both my purchase and tracking through DHL. Sent emails to customer service on 2/21 and 2/25 asking for status and have had no response bk. Tracking information stated on 3/1 it was out for delivery. I contacted DHL only to find out that my purse was returned to sender for incorrect delivery address. Would have been nice if a customer service rep would have contacted me with that information or any information regarding my purchase.
On my second order, I ordered the wrong size by mistake, very nice bag, holds quite a bit for "small" bag, one issue though, the stitching has come loose on one section, but very small and for now fixed by myself.
Arrived in 8 days, waiting for second to arrive now

This is my second purchase after buying a gorgeous handbag. A pink tri fold purse. When it arrived, at first I thought it was a bit on the small side but oh my word this purse has all my cards, coins and notes and doesn't bulk out or burst open at all. Best purse I've ever owned.
My purse arrived today it took about 3 weeks to come , very happy with my purchase the colour is much nicer than I thought, plenty of compartments, love it
I ordered a man's shoulder bag and received something totally different, smaller and a lesser price thanthe bag I paid for. They were apologetic, and asked me to send them a photo of the bag I received, which I did and I also included a photo directly from my confirmation order of the one I actually ordered. After sending what they requested, I didn't hear back, so I followed up with yet another email, to which they have never responded. So now I am stuck with a bag I don't like and paid a much higher price than it was worth. Will never order from them again.
