I did receive my order after 4 weeks but I live in Spain and did not expect it for Xmas; however, I am not pleased with the quality of the leather of the bag. After reading the reviews I better keep it as it doesn't look I would get a refund. I'll try some leather softener and see if that helps. The bag looks fine. Next time I read reviews first.
I gotta be honest here and this is a genuine review. I've ordered a black large size anti-theft bag which caught my eye on instagram advertisement and ordered it straightaway 15th December 2018 without reading the reviews. The site said that processing and dispatching the order might take up to 7-20 working days depends where is the shipping address. I live in the UK. I thought that's ok and considered that is also around Christmas time so they bound to be inundated with orders. After 7 days I have not received any emails about dispatching so I sent an email querying about my order and got no reply, then a couple of days later I sent another one and another one a few days later which were also ignored and this is when I started to get worried. Luckily on the 27th December 2018 I received my bag which looks just as described on the pictures although it is not the best quality, but I really like it. I don't think it's the "large" size though, but it will do. So it took 12 days for them to process and deliver my order and withing these 12 days fell in 2 weekends plus Christmas and Boxing Day so considering that it was shipped from Hong-Kong or USA or from wherever outside UK the delivery was rather quick. Not sure if I want to order from them again as I might have been lucky this time, but I don't want a bad experience for next time and not to receive my order.

I ordered a ‘genuine leather’ tote backpack and it was vinyl. I’ve spent so much time and at least 4 emails, explaining my dissatisfaction and one with pics attached. Now I’ve finally heard that they’ll be refunding me and they have admitted that it was indeed vinyl. If you buy from these people you are taking a risk you’ll get what you have been sold.
My mom asked for a crossover phone bag purse for Christmas, which I ordered on 11/26. After taking my money, I have no purse; a tracking number that, apparently, is not recognizable, and no customer service number.

I found the add on Facebook and liked the look of the bags. So ordered 5 bags and all was ok. Then I thought geez its taking awhile. So I emailed them and asked if they were sent. Got a reply straight away. They were sent but I hadn't received them. Straight away I was advised they would send the order again. Communication not a problem from us, They arrived today and WOW they were better than we excepted. Colours were spot on and the description on the web was to a T. The price is unbelievably on the cheaper side. Well done Perrebuy the bags are of good quality and we will be back later on. Congratulations.

I’m not going to lie, I read the reviews and was very wary about purchasing from this website. However they were having a sale and I bit the bullet and bought the Mini Phone Coin Card Slot Crossbody Bag in Brown on the 6th of November 2018. After purchasing, the item was delivered with tracking the next day. Item arrived today the 20th of November in perfect condition. Looks exactly like the photos and there was no rips or loose threads. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again. Australia

I saw a bag which seemed perfect for my needs on Facebook. I placed an order plus an order for a second bag which caught my eye and waited for my goods to arrive. Then I read the reviews and wondered if I had made a big mistake. I received an email with a tracking number and delivery date. A week after this delivery date I still had not received my bags and feared the worst. I emailed Pierrebuy twice but received no response. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose this order so I was feeling quite upset. Imagine my delight when today my parcel with the 2 bags arrived! They are really lovely, well made and no funny smells mentioned in other reviews. I have taken one star off my review for them not replying to my emails and the late delivery. However I would order from this company again. They just need to improve their customer care skills, in my opinion.
I have read some of the reviews here and I'm surprised since my experience was great. I recently purchased a purse and it was not the correct color. After contacting customer service they sent me a replacement with no issues. I will recommend to others to make sure you read the details before you purchase an item. Kind of a new thing for a guy like me.

After saw the reviews, I am not sure I can agree with that Pierrebuy cheated the customer. Others have said they never got the reply from the service. However, I GOT MINE. I Order a Purse on 10 October, I got my purse on 30 October. It took me a long time to wait for my favorite purse. Cause the ocean shipping must be spent a long time. BUT STILL HAPPY, cause the service contact me and sent me the detail or the link of my track no while I couldn’t find my purse. It was love the purse first sight on the web, will continue to focuse on the web
I have no idea why my last review has been concealled but I just want to clarify what have been misleaded. There are some horrible reviews before mine, and it really made me skeptical about this website. But my mom like the Crossbody Phone Bag and can't remove her eyes from the screen, so I bought it for her and I didn't think it is a good deal. But when I received it, I conceded I was wrong before. The bag is in good quality and is THE PERFECT size for use. For the 1 star reviews, I don't know what they meet. The shipping is timely as it said and the customer service replied what I asked within one day. Absolutely, this is a nice experience, and I will return soon after.
