Ordered on Oct 23 Never got email saying was shipped. Asked to have order cancelled on Nov 5. Got email saying was shipped but no info on when and no tracking number. Suspect this company is fradulent.

i wish i had read reviews before i bought. the items i received are of great quality and one i love and am keeping. however the other item isn't useful the way i thought it would be so i've been trying to return it. i've emailed them twice with no response. i think i will contact my cc company and dispute the charge.

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a bag from this company It took 3 weeks to get it. I tried contacting customer service to see the status numerous times and never heard from them. I tried contacting them on Facebook and was given a tracking number that was not mine. It showed my bag went to Australia, I live in the USA. The bag is very lovely and well made, however, their customer service is horrible. I will not be buying directly from this company again.

I did receive my bag in a timely manner, however, one day using the bag, the top main zipper broke. I sent an email to the company, did receive a reply, not the best response, however I received a reply. They are NOT willing to replace the bag, and I am still trying to get a second reply. They want me to get the zipper fixed, and I will receive a partial refund back. Does not sound fair to me, since the zipper broke the second time I closed my purse. I do like the bag, and I just want Pierrebag to do the right thing and REPLACE the bag. How hard it this to do????? I will not write posituve things about the purse, other than I like it, until they are willing to replace the bag. When I receive a replacement bag, before I have to return the first bag, then I am willing to be more positive.

I read some of the reviews and was hesitant but decided to order anyway. I am very glad I did. The handbag is great. There was no strange smell as others had written about. My bag smelled great. I ordered on September 20th, and received my bag on . October 6th. I was very pleased with the whole transaction. I am ordering a second bag I saw that I wanted to try. I am sure I will order many times in the future.

I ordered 2 items on Aug 17, with promised 20 day delivery. Well, today is the 26th of sept. my husbands birthday and it has not arrived. A 60.00 charge for these. I wish there was someway I could cancel my order.

I ordered a purse on Sept 8th & received a email from them right away saying they received my order & it could take 1 to 5 business days for the order to ship. On the 5th business day I received another email saying my purse had shipped along with a box that said track here. If you click on that you can watch your package everyday & when your package has arrived it tells you that. I was very pleased with the customer I received from pierrebuy. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I love my purse & have been showing everyone. Thanks Pierrebuy

Beautiful purse. Arrived fairly timely but the SMELL! OMG! Like years of cat pee in an old carpet. Haven't tried the coffee beans as recommended as I don't have any, yet.

FOUL FISH ODOR but PRETTY purses....blue & orange. My review disappeared from Pierrebuy site. Rating it a 3 re foul smelling fish odor with purses. Pierrebuy recommended that I air bags out & try coffee beans...so far it is not working but will give it more time. Tracking # 2 days after order but no info available until my purses arrived 10 days later.
Order came in good time but...
Order came in good time but on getting strap out of phone pocket the pocket ripped. The quality for the price was not great and I am now waiting instructions to send faulty/damaged one back. I will,probably return both as quality and colour are not up to standard, in my opinion. Watch this space.
