We understand you submitted a list of 12 detailed questions, and while there wasn't enough time to address each one during the webinar, our team followed up afterward by email with detailed responses to all of your questions. Regarding customer service, we also want to clarify that we did respond to your outreach. As you requested, we called the phone number you provided, but unfortunately were unable to reach you. We also replied to the text message you sent. We subsequently spoke with both you and your wife at length over the phone, where we took the time to answer all of your questions again, in detail and address each of your concerns. Because the purpose of the webinar is to teach Prep Expert's proven SAT/ACT strategies, the educational content remains intentionally consistent from session to session. Likewise, promotional offers such as TODAYONLY35 may be available during promotional periods, which is why you may see the same offer across multiple webinars. At Prep Expert, we pride ourselves on consistency. Every family deserves to receive the same high-quality instruction, proven test-taking strategies, and promotional opportunities regardless of which webinar they attend. Delivering the same proven content each time is intentional- it ensures every attendee receives the same valuable information and experience. Throughout each live webinar, our Customer Experience Representatives are also available to answer questions and assist attendees in real time. We appreciate your feedback regarding the promotional code, and I'll gladly pass your suggestion along to Dr. Patel that rotating the webinar coupon code more frequently may help prevent this misconception in the future. That said, using the same promotional code across multiple live webinars is simply part of offering a consistent promotion to attendees- it is not an indication that the presentation is prerecorded.

The account associated with these interactions was not terminated because of a customer service exchange. The decision followed a review of repeated misuse of our services, including excessive enrollment in complimentary tutoring sessions, as well as the student's interactions with our staff, which did not meet our expectations for respectful conduct. In accordance with our Terms of Service, we exercised our right to discontinue services and issued a full refund for the Unlimited Prep purchase.
