Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the tutoring schedule changes. We understand how valuable your time is, especially during such an important academic year, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify a few points regarding your concerns. Tutors' availability is clearly displayed on our website before selecting which tutor you would like to work with, allowing families to review each tutor's schedule and choose the tutor whose availability best fits their needs. We also offer a variety of tutors with a broad range of availability to accommodate different scheduling preferences. Additionally, the meeting links are automatically emailed to the email address on file at the time each session is booked, including any rescheduled appointments. Our records indicate that the session was available to join, and there was no issue with the tutor's attendance for that appointment. While we acknowledge that the rescheduling was frustrating, we also want to ensure the circumstances surrounding the missed session are accurately represented. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to improving the experience for all of our students and families.
